I ordered these cos I really liked the design and they were the colour I wanted. However, the description (and I must say my expectations) did not say that the bead is not attached to the hold back itself! I found this very odd that if I wanted the finished product(which is what I bought) after all) I would have to fix the bead on myself, presumably with glue. I am hopeless with glue and ALWAYS get in a mess with it and the thing I’m glueing gets messy too. I have tried many different ways snd types of glue but come to the conclusion I’m just rubbish at glueing. Can use a drill etc....but I think that’s a bit overkill for a bead on some hold backs!Anyway, my point is that since I was unaware of this bit of DIY until they arrived, had I known, as I should from the description (I live in the UK so UK consumer Laws apply to me) I would not have bought them, especially knowing my history using glue.Expect to maybe have to build a chest of drawers but not a hold back!To have to ‘fix’ the bead on myself was most unexpected so unless I got an unfinished pair, buyer beware! No sign of anything untoward like marks of where previously glued or anything.. Pity I had to return them, cos I liked them.
