Wild Animals (The Art of Drawing)

Wish I had seen it in person first I would not have purchased it. However, for sketch purposes it is pretty good and will give you some basics for first stages of drawing different animals. If you are looking for detailing, which I was, this is not the book you want.

Yes the art of drawing not how to drawI was really looking forward to getting this book on Wild Animals that is until i started reading through itNot in any particular rating but pages 7,12,13,14,15,17, and i shall throw in 36,37 were the only pages which actually gave me any help to my drawing the rest were just the artist's drawings/sketches so I'm feeling quite let down hereI have a few books on the subject and after all the great reports i have read of Mr. Civardi who indeed is a very good artist i was expecting more informationNo doubt there are many who will disagree with my comments but i write what i feel is my opinion
