Fits but adhesive missing
It fits well but the adhesive was missing on one side. Had to use tape to hold it down.

Only one I've found that holds up
I ruined two lighted keyboard before I found these covers. I've owned several of them. I'm really hard on them because I'm constantly eating and drinking at my desk. I also have the nasty habit of being a smoker. These covers protect a KB 100% from crumbs, fluid, and ashes. Just a swipe with a damp cloth is all it takes. I can't count the number of times. I've spilled a cup of coffee or cold drink but the cover saved my keyboard. The adhesive is really pretty good at first, but over time the cover does stretch a little so after you adjust the adhesive a few times it doesn't adhere as well as it does when it is new. But since I've used and abused these covers for so long, I expect that. Until one gets adjusted to the different feel the keyboard has with one of these covers, it's awkward, but I've used them so long, I don't really notice it anymore. My keyboard is like brand new and it's all because of these covers. This cover is flexible rather than hard crinkly plastic like some of the others I've seen. Are they perfect? No. But they do what I want and that's protect the keyboard.

Upgraded product, now has better adhesion and cutouts for power cord etc.
I didn't have much faith in the picture or any of the reviews on this product, but I just had to shell out another $60.00 plus bones for a new K800 and I figured what the Smell ill give it a try. so ya, it's not perfect, but its not nearly as bad as the horrible reviews that this product has gotten. the adhesive is seriously strong, the wholes for the power button and charging cord are there and the front feet on the board don't interfere with the cover whatsoever. So it does take some time to get it all lined up and looking correct, so what. I will save my board from replacing it in 3 years cause I won't spill stuff on it, get animal hair in the keys, etc. so to the ones that rated this with one star... Eat it!... this thing works great and will save money in the long run.

The Logitech IQ test, can you pass?
Ok, Guacamole can he hazardous to your keyboard and keyboards can become expensive after awhile. It's a guy thing, live with it. This time, I order the Logitech Keyboard Cover for my new K800. Nothing I could do about my substance abuse problem involving the green goo. The package masters at Amazon don't grasp the concept of an envelope. The Amazon tapers (former drywall experts), packed it into a big box with lots of their famous tape and numerous safety air bags. The clear plastic keyboard cover arrived wrapped in its very own clear plastic cover, sealed. Safety Scissors required. I'm not allowed to play with anything sharp Instructions not included.I reasoned that Logitech properly assumed that if you were smart enough to buy their 800 Keyboard, you were smart enough to install the cover. Of course; they were right. They are Logitech after all. Position the top corners, apply the upper tape strip. Pull the cover down and position the lower corners. Use the bottom tape strip. Apply the side tapes. It works, untested by my Guacamole, as yet. I've been told my Guac can be used as paint remover. Time will tell.

Needs improvements
Not a bad cover for the Logitech K800 keyboard. Actually, it's the only cover currently available for the K800. However, at this price it should have had pre-cut openings for the USB port, as well as openings to accommodate the rear tabs that enable you to elevate the keyboard. As it is, you have to cut holes in the cover, which would be OK if the cover was less than half its current price. I also had to cut and extend the On/Off switch opening because that opening was not centered correctly.Other than that, it's a nice cover made of durable material just thick enough to provide protection while thin enough for your fingers to enjoy the keyboard. Recommended with reservations.Update 10/5/14 - After 7 months, the adhesive has all but worn off. Using tape proved to be an ineffective nightmare. This cover has been relegated to being used as a simple cover; in other words, the cover now sits on the keyboard only when I am not actually using the keyboard. It did save my keyboard once when I spilled a cup of coffee on it; not one drop touched the keyboard and that one incident was probably worth the $15 I paid for it, although a general generic cover could have saved the keyboard too. However, it no longer functions as it was intended to, and is now just a simple cover. I can't really recommend it. I wish there was another company making a cover for the K800.

Don't get a new keyboard, fix it using this cover!
When the "Ctrl" key broke on my beloved K800 keyboard I was faced with a choice - spend big bucks on a brand new keyboard or try a home made fix using this cover. Happily, I bought the cover, clipped off all the broken bits from the underside of the key, and put the cover on to keep the key in place. The fix works almost perfectly! The indentation on the plastic cover keeps the busted key from shifting and it rarely causes a missed keystroke. The added benefit is that the cover keeps me from getting more crud stuck under the keys, which is how I broke the key off in the first place.I have never used a keyboard cover before, and at first it seemed a little awkward. Now I never think about it and my keyboard is protected. As others have noted, you will need a pen knife or scissors to do a little surgery to allow access to the charging port and keyboard stands. It is an odd oversight for an otherwise well executed product.

the positive is that this cover would easily survive if you spilled your entire dinner on it
its more of a keyboard wrap then a simple keyboard cover. this wrap has edges that wrap around the back of the keyboard and sticky pads to stick those edges to the back of the kb. the entire top of the keyboard and all edges are thoroughly protected from scratches and liquids by this wrap. the keyfit is not exact and the cover wiggles over some keys- only the sticky pads on the back insure it does not move too much as you type. its not 100% transparent - the keys can be seen, but are blurry and the material is thicker than needed. the positive is that this cover would easily survive if you spilled your entire dinner on it, not just your drink.
