Was gonna get the og fstgripz, but these for 10 bucks cheaper,so went for these. No regrets. Do the job perfectly and I should've bought these ages ago.

Perfect fit for standard bar
Excellent quality that will last many years. Fat grips of this kind are typically made for olympic bars, which are thicker than standard 1 inch bars. However, these grips are perfect for 1 inch standard bars, and they work really well on regular (solid metal) spinlock dumbbells. The length of the grips (4.7 inches / 12 cm) is also perfect for dumbbells, triceps bars, etc. I use these successfully on a wide range of different types of standard bars, and the fit is perfect (see photos). There is a very small gap that can't be fully squeezed together, making sure that the bar inside remains secure and won't rotate or slide around. All in all, these grips are perfect for all types of standard barbells and spinlock dumbbells. How well do they work? The grips are quite hard, but they are not uncomfortable. I'm 5'7 (170 cm) with average hands, and there is no way my fingers could reach around the grip (see photo). Expect weights on all pulling exercises to drop by roughly half, which obviously means that these exercises will work grip and forearms, but little else. Doing 7 chin-ups with the fat grips when you normally do 15 is not going to do much for your back or biceps... Do you really want to turn your deadlifts and rows into pure grip and forearm exercises? I certainly don't, and if my grip became the weak link in these lifts I would use straps... With this in mind, my recommendation would be to use the grips selectively for some exercises to really hit grip and forearms, such as dead hangs, holds, shrugs, etc. All varieties of biceps curls also work really well with the grips, and will give you a great pump while still working your biceps. Over time, this selective approach will translate into better deadlifts, rows, pull-ups.All in all, these fat grips are excellent. Highly recommended.

Good
I bought expensive versions of these before and the material was so tough that they were even difficult to get on the dumbbell while these are perfect, I def recommend plus are they are cheaper

Perfect for the price
They work well, fit pretty comfortably! Probably depends on the bar size but should be okay for most
