Router Table Insert Plate Aluminum Red Board Trimming Machine Flip Board for Woodworking, 62x70mm

The media could not be loaded.  This insert plate is cast aluminum, not machined. It will need to be sanded to be smooth enough to slide wood over easily. It is drilled larger than the holes on the Makita RT0701C router, but there are dimples on the bottom I'll drill out to fit. There is a slight diagonal warp on mine, which may have happened from being shipped in a bubble mailer instead of a box. Fastening the plate to the table at the corners should eliminate the warp. The plastic inserts don't sit flush with the top either and will need sanded down. Overall, for the price, I think it was a good buy and I'll make it work. Just beware of the potential issues before purchasing.

You can't really tell how small this thing is until you hold it in your hands. The whole things fits in my hand. It's silly how small this thing is. Complete waste of money and very shady marketing. I would never put this on my router.

This plate is extremely narrow and would not work with my router. (Note: I was able to return and receive a refund without issue). The inserts fit very well, and hardware was top quality. However, this will only work with the smallest diameter trim routers. If you have the right router, I'm sure it will work just fine. Note that the holes to mount the router are countersunk for roundhead or filister head machine screws, not flathead screws.

What I liked in product, the high manufacturing quality, I did not really expect that, but it is useless at all, as its size is very tiny and I can't do any work with it .

The plate is dead flat and square. NO plastic parts. The only negative I have is the scale is in metrics. The plate is 11 1/4"L x 4 3/4"W x 5/16" D. Bought on Tuesday and delivered on Friday. All in all, a great buy and a solid router plate.

Should have got a bigger one, my router is midsize. Mounting holes lined up, so made it work.

Great product. Super quality but the predrilled holes to attached the router don’t match any of my routers.
