So this is a neat product but from the pictures, I thought it would be closed on three sides making it easy to pour out the litter it caught. But this product is open on two sides so when I pick it up half of the litter goes the right way and half of the litter falls out the back on the floor. :(

I'm not a clumsy person, but this terrible mat caused me to trip a half dozen times, and tumble artlessly to the ground twice before I threw it away in a fury of disappointment. What ever foam (EVA?) they used has absolutely no grip against the floor. Compounding this, the mat is more than 3/8" thick, with a sewn-on vinyl border making it that much fussier. It's honestly a huge hazard for trips, slips, and falls. It also comes folded in half,and takes days to flatten properly. If you can deal with the excessive thickness, consider taping it down. It will make cleaning it a real pain, but better than hurting yourself when it skitters out from under you unexpectedly.

I wish the holes were a little bit bigger . My kiddie likes Okakat wood or pine litter, and they’re just a tiny bit too big . Some ball into the net but because my Katie as turfs on her paws. Some ball into the mat but kitty tracks out the bigger chunks. It’s better than the piece of carpet I had there . If the holes were 3 mm bigger, it would probably work awesomely.Hope they come out with a bigger hole rather than the extra large size . more and more people are changing to natural litter as clay litter is harmful for kitties respiratory system.

Having 6 cats with one that has special needs, these are a life saver at trapping the litter. Since one of my cats has a neurological issue, he tends to over dig the litter thus throwing it everywhere despite having a hood on the box. These mats are great at capturing the litter that he throws out of the box and as a result there is no longer litter found in the immediate area around the box. To clean them, I simply vacuum over the mat vs picking it up and dumping the litter back into the box. I just wish I had found these years ago!! Definitely would recommend them.

Our kitty litter box is in a large bathroom closet on the floor. The cats were constantly tracking litter from their box from the closet and onto the bathroom floor. This litter may works exactly as described. When I start seeing g a lot of litter trapped in it, I simply pick it up, and spread open the open end and dump the litter back into their box. It works!

Product is great! Good size (not too big or too small for my use) and easy to clean. My cat just didn't like it. Thinking it could be about the texture of it on her perfect little manicured pet paws (KIDDING!-you know, some cats are just very high maintenance) so she would use it instead of the litter box-that was her way of saying "take this away, cat servant" so I did. Bummer.

We have had the mat for a couple months and it still has a crease in it from its packaging that causes it to lift off the floor in that spot. The mat is hard to clean because of how rigid the material is. It is impossible to open it the way it is advertised. Sometimes little bits of dirty litter get stuck in the holes, and you have to touch it to get it out. It does keep litter off the floor pretty well, but the material is too stiff to clean or even lay flat.

So I didn’t realize this opens on both ends. Makes disposal difficult. Also this thing is *hard* to clean if an accident happens (poo or vomit or whatever), because the top layer has holes and so that middle layer just soaks it all up. Not really sure how to explain properly but it’s just difficult to clean. It looks cute though.
