Why did you choose this product over others?:This is the best pillow I have ever bought and very well priced for shredded memory foam.It is so supportive yet soft and gives a really good night’s sleep. I did have a problem zip as another reviewer mentioned having also, but the company are fantastic and sent me a replacement cover. These pillows are now out of stock which is so annoying as I would have purchased several more. Please bring them back!

It is a very good pillow - it simply is that simple.The pillow is filled, and it squishes in, then stops, which gives a special sense of support.And it really is very good - and for the usual price of these sorts of pillows it is great Value.It isn't cool, but it isn't hot - fine for me, but you would have to get a cooling pillowcase to make it cool.It is very filled - it definitely is not flat.The memory foam does not have a nice smell - very chemically smelling. (It seems to be fading!)In summary:Great support, good filling, decent cooling, very full, bad smell!Well recommended.

I have been searching for a pillow that will actually support my head at a correct angle and relieve neck pain and headaches. The approach of establishing one's own fill level seemed to be the only solution (other than air or water filled, which have their drawbacks.) I tried buckwheat husks but found the result too hard. So I tried this shredded memory foam pillow. Taking it out of the package it appeared quite flat as they ship it in a compressed format. I followed the instructions and let if air and decompress for 24 hours before use. I still found it of a normal thickness, which isn't adequate for me as I'm a large, square shouldered side-sleeper. I mentioned this to the seller and they graciously sent me a second pillow so I could add additional fluff. In my zeal I overfilled it but had counted the handfuls and have now reduced it back to a "just right" level. It gives me the support I need. The pillow covers are nice and good quality, although kind of waffle textured. My only criticism is that shredded memory foam is a bit lumpy so the touch to your hand is a bit bumpy, but it doesn't feel that way as much when you lie your head on it. It the end I'm very grateful to have a plump enough soft pillow to support my big head and so far neck pain seems to have abated.

This are the best pillows I have ever used I dont normally do reviews but I have had all kinds of pillows in the past.I have had these pillows almost 3 years and they are still good as new and even after three years I have contacted "made by martian" about getting extra filling and they are sending some my way. Absolutely amazing customer service and amazing pillows.They have a nice heavy quality feel to them. They keep cool with the bamboo cover.They did have an odd smell but this is normall from the shredded foam filling and this disapates after a few hours and completely after a couple of days.They are the perfect size and amazing value for the money.These will be the last pillow you ever buy!

Brilliant pillow. Much more comfortable than a solid memory foam pillow. My neck and shoulder aches have disappeared.I took a couple of handfuls of the filling out as it was just a touch too high for me, but I've saved them as suggested on the enclosed leaflet, in case it needs topping up at some time in the future.

Super comfy (once adjusted amount of memory foam to suit) but initially unusable due to a very strong chemical smell. Had to remove foam contents and spread out on a towel on dining table for a whole week, turning every day and spraying with Fabrese, after which the smell was much less apparent and the pillow usable.Not what I'd expect of a £20 pillow (as research on this smell indicates cheaper foam has been used) but I am happy with it now at least.

These pillows are brilliant, wish I had found them years ago. They are so comfy to sleep on. Although they are really filled and high as we both have medical conditions where we need to be really high in bed, I asked for more filling this was sent straight out and received the next day. I put extra filling in last night and omg what a brill nights sleep we both had, only woke up the once. I cannot stress enough how good these pillows are, they even rebound themselves I have bought rebound pillows in the past and they don't do it. I have recommended this company to Family and Friends for when they need new pillows. Best customer care service I have ever had.

Arrived well packaged (vacuum packed) and “inflated” instantly when removed from the packing. The pillow was really well filled and had a soft cover. However - and it’s a biggie - the zip to the external pillow case wouldn’t open more than 2 inches despite many attempts. The internal zip also wouldn’t move at all and so there was no way at all of removing filling to change the height of the pillow - which is pretty much the whole point! If it had been only the external zip issue, I’d say it was unfortunate but for both to be completely stuck, there seems to be a bit of a quality control issue. Return was easy through Amazon (although there’s no way of getting a fully “inflated” pillow which was vacuum packed back into the box!)
