Ube Type Extract, Natural & Artificial - 4 fl. oz. glass bottle

This works and tastes very good, but the flavor is very mild. I love how purple it makes the cookies, but be careful because you don't need much of it.

I use this for making ube cakes, ube ice cream, etc. This Silver Cloud brand is better than McCormick's. It's doesn't come with purple dye but it's worth it. I'm not sure why some users rated it low. Could be psychological because they didn't use purple dye.

This is the best ube extract I've tried. I've used this in cookies I sell and they're always a hit. I love that it's clear because I can control the intensity of the flavor without worrying about adding too much purple to my baked goods. I will be keeping this stocked up for my baking, hope it's always easy to find here :)

This wasn’t purple in color as I thought it would be.

Love this brand! I have been using this for years now. It doesn't leave any chemical after taste. Good thing about this particular extract is that - IT IS NOT PURPLE! Most of the Ube Extract out there are already colored and leaving you with no other alternative of using other colors. I love it "not purple color" in particular because I can customize my buttercream/cake batter to whatever color I need and still maintain the awesome flavor of UBE.

I love the smell and it’s flavorful. However, There is no color and it would be better if the Ube color was added. I still have to use Ube coloring with it.

I bought this to perfect my ube lattes, and it was perfect. Delicious flavor. Spot on.

Waste of money. Absolutely no flavor. Could have at least put some purple food dye to make me think I was buying something else except a 1% PEG solution with a random terpene.
