Carol is the best Instructor I have ever seen
If you have Osteoporosis, or simply want to prevent it, this DVD is for you. Carol's Exercises will help you to build and maintain good bone structure in a way that is safe as well as very effective. I consider Carol to be my Personal Trainer when I exercise along with her videos. She is the best I have ever seen. I never have additional questions when I follow her. She explains everything I need to know. It's easy to see why she has been named Trainer of the Year more than once. Rather than thinking I "should" exercise or dread doing it, I actually look forward to my Exercise times because Carol is so knowledgeable and she makes it enjoyable.

Excellent video
I have just been diagnosed with osteoporosis, and my doctor recommended weight-bearing exercises. This video suits me very well. The instructions are very clear, and there's a good range of exercises, including ones for balance. I am a senior (76 years old) and am able to do all the exercises at a beginner level. She also offers instructions on how to get more out of some of the videos as you get more experienced.

Works for Me
I've used exercise videos for the last 25 years, gone to Pilates classes, worked with a trainer and kept active. For the last year, I had a painful autoimmune disorder. I could barely manage a morning walk. With appropriate treatment my pain is gone, but I was recently diagnosed with osteoporosis. Many of the exercises I used to do can cause compression fractures of the spine. I'm so glad I found Carol Michaels. I've worked out twice with this DVD now. It is instructional and sets the perfect pace for getting back to strength training. The repetitions can be increased and weights added to make the workout more challenging as one gains strength. I am more than satisfied with this DVD.

I'm so glad with Carol's video !
I have looking osteoporosis exercises program on DVD so long and finally found Carol's video that is an awesome !She gives great instructions and reminders about the correct form to use. Carol demonstrated the exercises as safe as possible and clearly explains how each exercise should be properly done for maximum benefit. It's a good routine that I look forward to combine using for fighting my osteoporosis. I think the DVD will benefit anyone in preventing osteoporosis. Glad I bought it !

Excellent!
This exercise video is so helpful for targeting the areas that need strengthening for my osteoporosis. The instructions are clear and concise and they include the rationale for each exercise, so you know why you are doing each one. The pace of the video is good; allowing for enough demonstrations of a multitude of exercises. Even a person who regularly exercises could benefit from this video as it reinforces balance, controlled movements, and correct posture while allowing for increasing levels of intensity. I am so happy I found this video as it has helped so much in just one week.

Cannot skip to sevtions
I was very disappointed because this video forced you to watch it start to finish. There are no chapter headings that would allow you to go. Straight to that chapter. If I wanted to skip around it will not allow it. Also, she shows you the exercise 1_2X but does not actually perform the repetitions with you so you have to pause it, do your exercises, u pause the video to continue. This is a low quality DVD. Returning it.

Effective, Efficient, and Enjoyable!
This exercise DVD is a rare find. Perfect for people with osteoporosis and those who want to prevent it. The exercises move quickly to provide a total body workout. They may look easy, but they challenge the muscles and bones. I found myself concentrating on form to get the most out of the workout.Carol Michaels is EXCELLENT! I strongly hope this DVD will be the first in a series on osteoporosis. I would love to see her create a Level 2 workout.Highly recommend this DVD.
