It's a spacer!
It's a spacer, it allows that little extra space when replacing older dual 13 amp sockets with 13 amp sockets with USB points.Plus it masks the dodgy plastering around the socket

Just what I needed
I needed the Backbox Spacer, so that I could fit a Double 13 Amp Socket with USB Ports to a standard mounting box, in order for the wiring to fit back into the box more easily.
