Very efficient and safe to use
The ear wax remover is very easy to use. Simply plug it to ear, press and hold the power button, then the wax will be pulled out. The kit needs two AAA batteries. The head will be light up when press the power button. The screw on the silicone top head will pull the wax out of the ear. Safe and much more efficient than the cotton swabs.In addition, there's a small brush comes with the wax remover to clean the silicone head which is very helpful.

Notable improvement over Q-tips
Pretty comfortable tip with long reach. Also appreciate the texture on handle, which provides a good grip. Overall a pretty solid product that does what's promised. Loving it over plain old Q-tips

Doesn't work
As soon as the earpiece begins to enter the ear canal, the motor clicks like a gear skipping teeth, and it won't do into the canal because it skips and skips.

Comfortable!
A fantastic product. I use it for my daughter. This product is easy to handle. It helps me a lot to clean my daughter's ears because it is easy to use and clean.

Just when you thought there was no relief for itching ears!!!!
Compact size is easy to handle. Despite the worm gear in the top edge of canal, it is very quiet. Silicone heads are soft. Best use is the massaging tip relieves that super deep itch that you can’t reach

Ear Wax Removal
The idea and write up sounded good however after trying the device, it only pushed the was further into ear and made it worse. I thought the rotating head would help but not after there is wax buildup.

Doesn't work at all for my ears
Not sure if I'm a mutant or what because everyone else on here loves this thing but for me it does nothing for the wax in the ear canal. It may take a bit of wax off from around the outside, but that is not what I was hoping for. Guess I'll have to try more ear candles.
