Sweet pool table, solid and well packaged for shipping!

We bought this table about a month ago, and it has been good for us so far. The shipping was easy, and convenient. Once the table was delivered, it did take awhile to assemble. I am not a handy man, but I was able to put it together. I do recommend checking all the screw holes prior to assembly, because one hole was not hollow, and I had to remove some cardboard that was blocking the opening. The table is very heavy, and I recommend having more than just two people to lift it. We did watch a video prior to assembly, and of course they make it look very easy to assemble and lift. It plays pretty level, and I like the ball return. The bumper rails seem ok, and overall it looks like a very nice table. We enjoy playing with it.

The look of the table is very nice. The packaging of the leg supports could have been better to prevent scratches, etc. The assembly wasn't too bad, definitely need two people to flip it over. Leveling the overall table wasn't too bad with two people also. Thought everything was good until we started to play. Shots that travelled near the center of the table drifted to the left or right depending upon which side of center you were on. After getting the level back out to check the center of the table, I discovered a "hill" that spanned the entire middle of the table like a large oval. There are no adjustments to fix this issue, since it has to do with the assembly of the tabletop (which comes pre-assembled, screwed and glued). One of the other reviewers had this problem also, so I contacted GLD (just as they did). Instead of them offering to send a replacement table top (as they did for the other reviewer), they just told me to return it to Amazon. So I guess customer service has gone way down hill since the other person's review. I won't waste my time buying a new one (Amazon didn't offer a replacement only return). Now I have to disassemble the table and repack it for pick up. Lots of wasted time that could have been avoided if the company had some quality control.

Felt is a speed slower than your next step up competition table. Update. After some use the felt is a little smoother . Maintenance is easy. Rails send the balls where I want them. The ball retrieval system is the reason why I got this table. Table stores all the balls away when not in use. I'd give it 5 stars if the cues were in better shape. Other than that, we enjoy it very much. I have been saving money on bar tabs ever since we purchased. Sturdier than the foldable tables. Can handle people leaning into it. If using shims to level, the table might slide. I'd reccomend some grip tape on each leg of the table to prevent it from sliding during shots.

It’s great definitely worth the money! It’s not pro level but it’s entertaining. It’s a great size for adults to play. I was VERY worried about it because of the reviews but man it was worth the risk. Setting it up was a piece of cake def better of someone else helps just to help flip.

The table is easy to set up, but will require two or more people male sure you have screw drivers handy.. It is heavy over 200 lbs. Very easy to level as well. The table itself is very nice for the price. The sticks that come with it are very light and generic. Great for kids though. I purchased two heavier 21 oz. Sticks and everything is great. I would recommend this to anyone.

received in time but the top it's not straight he have curve impossible to make level the middle it's curve cheap the felt have to much grip ball are slow impossible to do a masse or put effect on cue ball so if it's for kids or just for some party its okay but if you want progress on your level forget this i regret my choice
