RevolBelle Cuisine Rectangular Roasting Dish, 3.85 QT - White

Arrived broken twice.

This is a well-made porcelain baker with classic style and handles that make it easy to remove from a hot oven. It cleans up easily and is rated to a higher temperature than most 9”x13” baking dishes. As with all porcelain/stoneware baking dishes, when using it at standard or high oven temperatures most of the dish base should be covered by food — for example, just putting a long, thin item like a pork loin or one chicken thigh on the base for roasting will likely result in a cracked dish. Handled correctly, the Revol Belle Cuisine Rectangular Roasting Dish should last a lifetime of oven-to-table use.

I discovered this baking dish on Wirecutter. It wasn't the cheapest version they recommended, but their review indicated that it had better handles and was considered "heirloom quality". I was willing to spend more for those features. Unfortunately, a crack appeared near one of the handles within a few short months of relatively light use.I reached out directly to REVOL explaining the issue and they shipped a brand new pan without fuss. At this point, I don't feel confident that the new pan is going to hold up, but I do appreciate the fact that they appear to stand behind their product.I'll also add that the pan really is beautiful. It's reminiscent of something Apple might produce if they were in the homewares business. It's hefty and glossy and just really nice. It's also a breeze to clean.

I needed a 9 x 13 that was attractive, functional, and broiler safe. The cast iron-style is gorgeous in my kitchen with black soapstone and white tile, and it's broiler safe. The lack of that one feature is a deal breaker for so many conventional pans. Metal can be broiled, but not stored with food in fridge overnight. Glass easily goes into the fridge and dishwasher, but no broiler. So far, I'm very pleased.

I bought this baking dish because it was deeper than another baking dish I was considering. I’m so glad I did.The pan was packaged well, looks like they heard the complaints about shipping.I will admit to some anxiety about how it was going to clean up, but everything washed out just fine. If I flub up and burn something on it, I just fill the pan with some soapy water and let it sit overnight. The burnt bit usually wipes right out with my non-scratch scrubby.No buyers remorse, just wish I didn’t get distracted while cooking.😜

This baker didn’t hold up to what it was supposed to. It didn’t have even heating at all. Will never buy this brand again.

VERY disappointed in the actual size of this pan. At it,s best it measures 11 inches x 7 1/2 inches and only 2 inches high. HALF of my lasagna recipe would not even begin to fit in here. It is way too small. Looks and feels like a nice pan, but really needed a new lasagna pan. This makes me very sad

I just received this and it’s the perfect size of what I was looking for. But it’s a small sized baking dish. Why so expensive for this item????Update: 02/08/2018- I just finally used this dish. It’s a very lovely dish. It was the perfect size for what I wanted. Everything baked evenly, and clean up was a breeze. I only soaked it for a few minutes in soapy water and everything came out clean. No hard scrubbing. Very nice! Highly recommend!

J'ai acheté jusque là toute la série de ces plats sans aucun problème : satisfaction entière tant pour la livraison que pour la qualité et l'élégance du produit ; ces plats peuvent être mis sur la table sans aucun problème !Mais voilà le dernier qui m'arrive dans un emballage en parfait état (doubles boites en carton) seulement à l'ouverture horreur le plat est brisé en mille morceaux !Depuis j'ai échangé moults et moults mails avec le fournisseur par l'intermédiaire d'Amazone. Pour atteindre le premier impossible d'obtenir son mail ou téléphone direct ce qui pourtant faciliterai les échanges.En attendant pas de plat et aucune certitude que lorsque les pourparlers seront clos il y aura encore cet objet pour compléter ma série.Manque de confiance (ce que je comprends !) et lourdeurs …A bientôt pour la suite ?

Misure non conformi a quanto descritto. Articolo arrivato ma le dimensioni sono le seguenti 30 x 21,5 x 6,5 cm. Peccato perché cercavo proprio la misura 34,3 x 24,8 x 6,5 cm.

Ce plat est si élégant qu’on peut le servir a table et il se nettoie très facilement. Il est parfait au point que je vais remplacerTous mes plats !
