This review is for the cords, but will also talk about the lights. The lights are smaller than expected, but give off great light. We have four lighting up some yard art, and they work great. In fact, anything more would probably be too much. We ordered four extension cords as the ones on the lights are +/-6' - the extension cords are same type used on the lights and are very easy to install, seem to be weatherproof, but haven't had them through a winter in MT yet. All and all, both lights and cords are good value for the money and were delivered promptly.

System really works great, lights are much brighter than I thought. Depending on your layout, definitely consider purchasing the additional chords.

Use these to extend one light to a diatant location (less than 12 feet of course.) Works great and looks like it will stay waterproof for some time.

My husband makes hanging "birdhouses" with solar lights that illuminate stained glass windows and other shapes. Sometimes where we want to hang them, the solar panel with a 3-5 foot cord is not enough to reach a sunny area, due to mature trees in our yard. These were perfect for extending the cord and panel to a sunny location and now the houses light up perfectly! They look as bright at night as the ones without an extension, but I haven't stayed up late enough at night to see if they last as long as the others. The end on the cord is very important. Be sure to match that to the end of the cord to your solar light. There are many styles available and this was prefect for ours. One day shipping from Amazon too, so 5 stars all the way around!

I bought these to use as an extension to the solar string lights I bought for my yard on Amazon. I needed more length between where the lights ended and where I needed to place the solar panel. They looked like the correct plug in the pictures... but they were actually a slightly different size and didn't fit with my lights. Not the products fault I guess... although it was pretty hard to tell that from pictures. Doesn't matter, my husband and I just cut the ends off and spliced the wire into our lights and they're working great. It's not the highest quality wire + casing, but it's amazon, what do you expect?

I was expecting the round cable that similar to what's on the lights. This is just zip cord with molded ends on it. Not what I needed for under water lighting.
