I bought these batteries to replace the dead battery in the key fob to my 2005 Pontiac Sunfire. This is compatible with the key fob for any Pontiac Sunfire between the years 2000 and 2005, and also compatible with many other Pontiac/GM vehicle key fobs as well.The batteries came with an expiration date of 2028, so I'm not worried about them going bad before I can use them. I bet if they're stored in a fridge they could last even longer.If you're not sure whether this battery will work for your car's key fob, I recommend you google your car's make, model, and year with the words "key fob battery" (e.g. pontiac sunfire 2005 key fob battery), which will should return plenty of results telling you the correct battery to use.I've had one of these batteries in my key fob since February (about 6 months ago) and it's still got as good of a range as the first day I put it in.When my car's sitting in the parking lot, I can lock/unlock it from my second story window about 40-50 feet away. This is great if I need to carry a bunch of groceries upstairs and don't want to have to fumble around with my keys while holding a ton of bags. I can just carry everything upstairs then lock my car from inside once I've set the grocery bags down.This five pack is about the same price as getting a single one of these batteries at the local battery/accessory store in my town, so it's definitely worth the wait. I have Prime, so these came in just two days to my doorstep. I can't comment on the shipping time if you order without Prime, though.

Satisfactory longevity and performance.

I bought these batteries with the hope that they would at least be decent enough to last a few months. After reading the mixed reviews, I decided to take a gamble.I have Amazon Prime and chose free 2 day shipping on July 18, 2012 and actually received it the very next day (July 19, 2012) so as far as quickness, its 5 star.I checked the packaging and it said "Use by 2021". I opened 2 of them and used my multimeter and checked the voltage. they both read around 3.250 Volts I popped the batteries into my LED belt and voila it worked. After a few minutes of adjusting settings on the belt, I took out the batteries and checked the voltages again. It went down to around 3.0 Volts which was fine since it was rated at 3.0 Volts to start. I checked again later and it was down to 2.8V.I did notice that sometimes my belt would die and I would have to pull the battery and then put it back in and I noticed that before with the batteries it came with and it was because the batteries were dying. This could be just a LED belt problem but I'll keep watch and see how fast the battery drains and my rating will change if the battery completely dies within a week.
