My 11 year old was a to assemble this computer! Everything was easy for him to set up (he wasnt supposed to be setting it up. He did a great job though) In the midst of it all...I had to contact the seller about the 2 monitor set up. The seller immediately responded with all my questions and asked if I needed anything replaced or help with setting up. I was very impressed with his quick response and actions. He automatically set out a connector for the dual screens. I have never had 2 screens and was unsure about how to set them up. I had also shown. Computer professional the computer that I received and his response was "that is a really good computer. You cant go wrong paying only 230.00 for that because it is a good system". It is. The kids use it for roblocks....whatever it's called. I use it for school and a lot of detailed research. I am really happy with the computer. It so arrived in half the estimated shipping time! I will get another computer from this seller in the future. I almost paid 3x that amount buying a new one that does the exact same things as this one does! It has built in bluetooth as well for wireless connections if desired. The software works great. The monitors are the same rand and size and model. Really good deal. I am happy I bought it and will be a repeat customer.

When purchased this computer a few short years ago, everything was fine. Even thought I was under the impression that I was buying a complete HP computer set. When I received the computer my monitors were Dell and the CPU was HP. I understand that when you buy anything used its not going to be original parts sometimes, but at least let it be the same brand or be more forthcoming about what a person is actually going to get or update the info in your advertisement. You will be shocked to know that consumers actually do appreciate transparency. About a year after owning one of the cords or the monitor started acting wonky. I started taping the cord down to the monitor, that seemed to do the trick. Now the cord is inoperable. At first I thought it was the monitor that was messing up so I took that same cord and put it on the other monitor ( the computer set came with 2 Dell monitors E1909Wb- which I found out during this process are discontinued by Dell) I got the same results. Trust that was a load off I really did not want to replace my monitor. So basically wrapping things up and getting to the point the power cord in question is the I-SHENG UL E315167. If you have a Dell E1909Wb monitor please don't purchase that cord. If you are searching for a replacement cord for you're Dell E1909Wb monitor please I highly recommend that you use Volex E84516. It's quite simple, do not but this if you care about the money in your wallet...at all. The worst shopping experience, product, and 'customer support' I've ever had- bar none. I was super excited about getting this package at such a great deal, it's important to realize... if it sounds too good to be true... it probably is. And it was. Worked horrible ever since starting it, then I did some hard drive cleaning, etc...and it worked better for about a month. Then lastly, it all of a sudden crashed and went to a blue screen. I had an expert come out to look at it and said all the hardware components were faulty and old. Its just 'par for the course' on something like this. So, naturally, I tried to send the package back and get help from Amazon. I've NEVER had Amazon give me such horrible support before... basically they said it's up to the third-party merchant and to deal with them. But Amazon said they'd send emails on my behalf. 7 Amazon phone calls and 8 emails later, NOTHING. The third party seller I could ship it back but they don't pay for it. So it's going to cost me $100+ to ship a faulty computer (that wasn't my fault) back to a place where I already spent $200. Made no sense. And usually Amazon would help but they've even stopped replying to me now. DO NOT USE AMAZON OR THIS THIRD-PARTY SELLER. Horrible expereince.

First off I'm super happy with my purchase. Shipping was faster than expected and I like the fact that they ship FedEx. The entire system arrived in 1 big box that must of weighed 50 pounds or more. The box was banged up but the contents inside were safe. As I pulled the components out of the box I noticed that the two Dell monitors were different models and sizes (one was square and the other rectangular). I thought I wasn't going to like this arrangement, but I continued the unboxing anyway. Included in the package were 3 power cords, two sets of monitor cables (one RGB and the other HDMI), and a WiFi adapter (all packaged individually). The USB keyboard and mouse were also packaged in their respected boxes. The HP Elite computer was at the bottom covered with heavy duty bubble wrap. No installation instructions were provided, but an Amazon Certified Refurbished warranty card with the suppliers support email and phone number was tossed in the bottom of the box. The overall condition of my computer system is good. The computer and both monitors have minor blemishes but nothing major, and the keyboard and mouse appear to be new. The installation was a snap; hooked up the monitors, keyboard and mouse to the computer, plugged in the WiFi adapter and powered up the system. Everything booted up and worked as it should, but I did have to access the display settings to configure the dual monitors. There are tons of videos on YouTube on how to setup dual monitors in Windows 10 if you need help. The WiFi signal was super strong and everything worked perfectly, however, a watermark from Microsoft appeared on the lower portion of one of the screens letting me know that Windows 10 is installed but not activated. Everything worked fine with the non-activated version of Windows 10 except some of the personalizing options were not available. I needed an activation code and didn't know where to get it so I emailed customer support. I wasn't expecting an immediate reply, but to my amazement, I received an email from the technical support department the very next morning. The email instructed me to look around the computer case for a Windows sticker which will have the activation code printed on it. Sure enough the sticker was there and so was the activation code. I was able to activate Windows without any issues and everything is working great so far. After working with this computer for a few days, I have grown fond of the miss-matched monitors. I use the square monitor for viewing legal size documents and other work related tasks because it has more real estate than comparable size rectangular monitors so I see more of what I'm working on the screen without having to scroll. The rectangular monitor is perfect for viewing YouTube videos and movies on Netflix. Again, I am very pleased with my purchase and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this product and supplier to my friends.

The computer came packaged very very well no damag, the computer monitors and the computer itself came in one package and a day later the computer monitor stand arrived.. I was very excited to receive my computer and very disappointed when I noticed that the stands were not with the monitors, I wasn't going to complain at all just going to buy stand for them. I expected to be missing some things after reading reviews from others. I am here to tell you that I was missing NOTHING from the original package except for the stands for the monitors. I had all the chords everything I needed monitors even matched. ( HP). After I decided that I would purchase a stand for the monitors I was debating on which one to buy- to my delight when arriving home the day after receiving the original computer package there was an unexpected package on the door step. When opening it realized it was a stand for two computer monitors. Wow was I surprised!!! When hooking the computer monitors to the stand I noticed the good quality it is, its very sturdy probably better quality than any that I would have boughten.. All I can say is way to go I am so happy to see a company that stands behind their products and takes care of their customers even when it's not expected.. I will be using this company as long as they are in business for any refurbished item.. they wowed the s*** out of me.

I purchased one of these back in February 2020. At the time, money was tight, but I needed a desktop as I was tired of working off of the small screen of a laptop. The packaging was terrific, and all the pieces for the computer were there. I was expecting the computer to come all battered and roughed up. After all, these are former business computers. But I was pleasantly surprised with the condition of it overall. It looked nice and was clean with no damage. The monitors were nicely sized for the limited space I had: no dead pixels or anything else. Having the dual screens was nice. I did not realize that it only had 8GB of RAM. It was slow, and I could forget about playing any real games on it. But as far as work is concerned, it worked all right. I ended up purchasing an additional 8GB of RAM, and that helped the overall performance. However, any gaming was limited due to the CPU. The Wi-Fi is a small USB adapter. It would find the Wi-Fi, but I had all sorts of network packets dropping. I ended up purchasing a proper Wi-Fi antenna for it, and it worked just fine. In the end, it met my needs for about 18 months when I was in a position to buy a new desktop (I mean an actual new desktop, not a refurb like these). I cleaned it up, wiped the drive, and gave it to a friend who was transitioning to working from home, and they loved it. Based on the reviews I read from some of the other people on this product, I would say that it appears to be a hit or miss if you will get a good machine. But the price point is excellent, and you can always return it if you don't get something that works for you.

Came very fast with the exception of fedex taking forever to deliver part of my package. The computer so far works fine as well as monitors. No instructions on how to put this bad boy together and YouTube didn’t help me. I’m a highly intelligent girl but thank goodness I have a husband! He’s good with machines, and though I’m sure I would’ve eventually figured it out, my hubby came to the rescue! I hate to say it but what would I do without a tech savvy man lol. So far so good. Will update if I have any problems, but I’d say this seller seems legit. I can only hope they continue to sell good products because the minute they get lazy, all credibility will die. Happy customers means more money. It’s hard to find a seller that will actually give you a good product on amazon so I’m thankful. I got this for arise, so if you’re like me starting at home customer service, this is probably your best choice Update: one of the monitors stopped working properly so yeah I’m gonna need a replacement Update: turns out the monitors both work but the hdmi cord I used was bad so my bad🙄

This is first time I buy refurbished computer, I give it 5 star due to the price, here are what I received: Monitors: came in with 2 monitors, they are square size, small, low definition, old style , minor scratched on each one, when I open the box, there are small broken plastics dropped off from the monitor. Altho its small, but at least you got two of them, I bought them for weekly use and print checks, not daily use , so I can live with it. Computer: small, but ok to use, everything is installed, its plug in and go, even has a wifi adapter on it, but to get a faster wifi speed, you need to replace it with an advanced one anyway. Keyboard and mouse: all new wired keyboard and mouse. Packaging: looking good in brown boxes Overall I recommend it if you like me, not buying it for daily use, just occasional or mild use to support daily work
