iPhone 5C Case, LERBO Hard Wood With Silicone Design Hybrid case for iphone 5c(Black)

I just bought this case for the second time! I had the first one for almost 2 years and it was awesome! I drop my phone on a daily basis and would be willing to spend $80 on a case to keep from replacing the screen over and over. But if you can find something that does the job for under $5, why not?!When I had the first case, I set my phone on top of my car and drove off. A Good Samaritan returned my phone to me minus the outer 'wood' covering, which had come off, but my phone was perfectly fine! Not sure if the outer case came off when it fell off the roof of my car as I drove off, or if it got run over by another car and came off that way, but the fact that my phone was in perfect condition, meant it did its job. I used just the black rubber part as a case for over 6 months before ordering the new one, as I had ordered the old one from groupon and didn't know where to find it again. The black rubber piece alone did a great job at protecting my phone, but it started tearing and stretching without the hard case. And then I found the case on Amazon :) You really don't have to spend any more than this on a case!!! Get it!

Product came very quickly and had several bonus gifts included with it such as a waterproof bag, stylus and screen protector sheet. It looks great and I've already gotten several compliments. I only have a few small complaints. One being that, as a person who does not have long fingernails, it becomes difficult to use the "sound to silence" switch on the side of my iphone with this case on. It has an opening for the switch to be accessed, but because the case has two layers, it's somewhat thick which makes it difficult to get to the switch. My only other complaint would be that the case is almost impossible to get off the phone. I had to use a small nail file to almost pry it apart because the plastic fits together so well that its almost TOO good. Only other comment is that the photo depiction shows a large square on the front face where the speaker and front facing camera is, when in reality there are two small slits for each. Not a huge problem, but it wasn't hat was pictured. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this case to anyone looking for a sturdy and stylist case.

I had this case once before, replacing it with another case that ultimately was not as impressive in terms of style and protection. The construction of has edges that are not flush with the screen, thus offering more protection. I also prefer the rubber insert, too.Style-wise, back when I ordered this case a few years ago, I received a lighter color. This time, the case I received has more of a cherry-wood finish, which I like better. But this case wasn't as carefully finished. Looking at the pictures, you can see white along the camera openings that should have also been stained to matched the exterior of the case. The opening for the front-facing camera is off-centered, though it doesn't block the camera at all. Otherwise, it's a very lovely case for the price and hopefully it holds up as well as my last one did.

The good: The case is easy to install and looked great on my phone. Unique and looks really sharp; appearance makes it look far more expensive than it is. It also arrived two weeks before the earliest estimated arrival date. Impressive.The bad: The case has a terrible chemical odor, so it's obviously off-gassing some toxins. I was concerned, especially since I have small children that sometimes get their hands on my phone. I did a wee bit of research and learned that recycled PVC and other questionable chemicals are sometimes used in plastics and rubber produced in in China, and that anything with a strong odor should probably not be used. I was a little reluctant to purchase the case, based on the extremely low price and where it was being shipped from, but I'm picky and was excited to find a case I liked the appearance of. I should've trusted my instincts. In the end, I decided that I'm not going to use it. I had a hell of a time trying to get the thing off my phone; I thought I was going to break it. So that could be a pro or con depending on how you look at it.Bottom line: Looks awesome, but not worth exposing myself to potential toxins.

There's only two problems I've found with these products. It takes a month or so to get to you, and it seems minimum quality. The good on these products is they are not low quality. I bought two cases off amazon. This one for 5$ plus shipping and one for 15$ plus shipping. Both shipping rates were the same. Difference is I just got this case and my first impression was holy cow this is a slick case. The buttons work better and the style is great. First thing I did was try and peel the layer of paint or dip that this phone has on it because I've used too many cases that after 5 minutes of normal use they peel. So I wanted to test its quality. Never peeled anywhere on the phone. Now the only problem I have is the time frame it took to get to me. If shipping was faster id buy these cases more often. Love the product guys.

I actually liked this case a lot its was a perfect fit for the iphone 5, the grip is great and besides for looking really cute its a hard case so when you drop your phone it secures it and protects it from breaking. I just have one issue which is why I don't use the case anymore: The home button is rubber which sticks out but its really hard to push down and it was hurting my thumb, so I cut off the rubber piece not knowing that you cant even reach the real home button at all (because of the plastic case circling around it). So I just have it sitting in my drawer. But over all if you have a super strength thumb. I say go for it.

I really like this phone case! It's really soft, it almost feels like an eraser, and easy to put on the phone. It does smell a little weird when you first get it, at least mine did, but that went away after a couple days. I've dropped my phone a couple times in this case and my phone turned out fine. It's not the greatest case in the world, but for the price it does the job and it is cute!
