Bought to replace a dead fan on my Prusa MK3S. Fit great and works well.

When my original fan on my Prusa MK3s started screeching, I looked for a replacement on Amazon and decided on this one.The only downside I see is that the 3 fan wires come in a rubber sheath - normally a good thing. However, this makes the wire thicker than the original which is just the 3 wires. This made it too thick to run around the back in the wire channel the original did.The solution is simple, to just carefully cut that sheath off so the 3 wires remain like the original.Took a little modification but that took 5 minutes. As to how it works, it works just fine. Printed several pieces using this fan and no problem. It is quiet, and seems to be good as original fan. The fact there's two should be nice in case another fails.

Like all the other reviewers here I used this to replace the part cooling fan on my Mk3S+. After more than 5,000 (!) print hours on my machine the part cooling fan was starting to whine and rattle a bit. I saw recommendations for this fan being a better replacement than the stock Prusa part so I opted to give it a try. It's definitely quieter than my near-death fan and probably on par with the OEM part. It's essentially a drop-in replacement for the stock Prusa part. You'll need to unbutton the back end of the hotend assembly, cut lots of zip ties, undo the cabling sleeve, and get your hands into the cramped electronics box. It's not a difficult process, especially if you built your printer from the kit but it'll take some time to reroute the cables and tidy things back up. This FYSETC fan does have a sleeve over the cable which the stock part does not, so it's a tiny bit thicker and is a little bit harder to squeeze into the cable routing paths but it's very doable. Cable length is right on and the connector is identical to the stock part. Also, you get two fans. So I guess in another 5,000 hours I've got another fan to drop in.

The connectors are exactly the same as stock ones and they are just as powerful. They are also really good for the price.

I started getting a Fan Error on my Prusa MK3 and figured out it was because the fan cable had partially broken and when the print head would move to the right side of the bed, the wires would separate. This caused the RPM check to fail and my printer would stop the print. Unfortunately, the original fan was perfectly fine besides that.Nonetheless, I had to find a replacement since printing only on the left half of the bed was not an option. I originally looked at buying a new official fan from Prusa, but shipping was going to take a while to the states and it would end up costing about the same price. This fan listing is not the cheapest, but it seemed like a reputable seller so I went with them.I received the new fans right away and they seem to work perfectly so far. I replaced the old fan and have run a few prints already and no fan errors!The seller is also very quick & responsive, especially since they're China-based. They left a note mentioning a gift if you emailed them and they responded right away and gave me a choice of a small extra freebie. I am definitely appreciative about the extra gift, though my 5 star review is based on the two 5015 fans I purchased and am currently using... well one is a spare for now.

Put 2 on my MK3S+ with a dual fan adapter, work great, increased incline and bridges capabilities.Have been using for 2 years, still work perfect.

The red wire broke at the point of the solder connection. Just installed it and was sitting on my extruder and i look up and notice it loose. Luckily i bought a pack of two. I don't want to return the entire order as i need to get stuff done for work. I would like the FYSETC to reach out and help me return the broken fan and get a new one. I also recommend thatFYSETC put some sort of stress relief at the point of solder
