Just as I remember them
Good flavor. About as I recall from long ago. I was unaware until getting the package they are a product of a pharmacy - smith Kline Beecham. Maybe that's why they are supposed to be healthy to snack on. Good and unusual,packaging compared to US items. It works. Product was fresh. They should make & market these in the U.S. I like that they are not very sweet

Horlicks' Malties -- A Marbginal Price-Value Balance
The quantity of "Malties" that was included in this order makes it a fairly pricey way to get Horlicks' Malted Milk. The total amount of weight of product is about 270 grams (for $25). Buying Horlicks' in bulk as powder ($16 for 500 grams) is a better buy. The convenience of the little tablets doesn't offset the price IMHO.

Not as good as I remembered
Not as good as I remembered. I ate these as a kid, back then they looked more like tablets, not the lozenge shape they are now. They still stick to your teeth, but they are not as malty. The original manufacturer made them better, the new formula or recipe is not as flavorful.

Good enough anyway
Thinner than the ones I remember getting from my Dad who got them in the 1940s in glass bottles; flavor is similar at least (hard to remember exactly after 50+ years). Good enough anyway.

When I was a kid in HI, these came in a plastic aspirin - type bottle. We played doctor with them and ate them like candy.Not as good tasting as I remember.

These are my father's favorite. I order then for him to have on hand for an energy boost. He has many wonderful memories of having these tablets on hand back when fast-food restaurants were not so prevalent. They used to be sold in the grocery stores in California.

Tasty, but to expensive.
I only wish they were available here in the USA & the price was a whole lot more reasonable. This was a gift for my wife, she loves them, & the only reason I bought them. I like them also, but don't ever buy for myself because of the price.
