This stuff really works! I was going through a really stressful patch and I had a good 10-15 white heads pop up on my chin. I thought I could ignore them and that they'd go away, but it's been more than a month and they were sticking around. The first night using this, I saw an immediate reduction in the number & size of my white heads. I've been using nightly for 4 days and my skin is entirely clear, not a single white head (a few bumps, but that's to be expected after less than a week of use). It leaves a white residue so I follow up with a light oil free serum & that's been working really well for my oily skin (no over drying)
