Sunlight 95729360 Liquid Dish Detergent, Lemon Scent, 1 gal Bottle (Case of 4)

I like Sunlight because it cleans, but mostly because I'm not allergic to it. I can't find it in my local stores. This looks like a silly purchase, who needs that much dish soap, but it doesn't go bad, doesn't take up a lot of room, and I don't worry about an asthma attack caused by having to use a different soap. The price even works out to less than you'd pay in a grocery store, for me. My first purchase of this case size lasted me close to two years.

This product is good news. It is the absolute best product on the market for doing any type of dishes, pots or pans. It does the job the first time and does NOT leave any residue or soap smell. It does NOT bother your hands and is the best product on the market in my opinion. I was glad to buy it here on Amazon in the gallon size containers. I refill a bottle on top of the sink and this will last me way over a year. It's that good of a product.

This dish soap was widely available in the US in the early 1980's. I loved the lemon smell, which is why I bought it. So I was disappointed when it had no lemon scent. It doesn't smell bad, just not like lemons or much of anything. It remains a good quality dish soap and degreaser. I had bought a small bottle of Sunlight months earlier that did have the signature lemon scent I remembered and liked so much. Now I have four gallons of the stuff to use up.

Could no longer find this product locally. Its a little thicker than the small bottles were [ industrial strength?] so I dilute it. Hang onto your old, small, empty bottles to use. Use to use Joy but they changed the scent to a sickening, artificial, candy smell.

I'm allergic to most liquid soaps but this one is easy on my skin. As a bonus, it's great for cutting grease and smells good at the same time. I love this product and since it's hard to find in stores, was grateful to find this great price on Amazon.

I like that I don't need too much to do the job.

I have soap allergies, so when I find a soap that works for me I stick with it. Why is it that every time I find such a soap it starts playing hard to get?
