These work great for those nights your kid is struggling to fall asleep. My 6 year old who is 58 lbs needs 3 or 4 to work effectively but once she is asleep, she stays asleep for a good 8-9 hours when taking these. They do take 20-30 min to work for her before she gets sleepy. She says they taste yummy and has zero problem with taking them.

These melatonin gummies are something I never run out of — I order them regularly and even have a subscription. They help so much with my son, who is autistic and very energetic. When the day is ending and he still has tons of energy, I give him these gummies at night, and within about 30 minutes he starts to relax and fall asleep. They really help calm him down, and he loves the taste! He actually looks forward to bedtime because of these gummies. Highly recommend!

These are a life-saver for one of kids, not so much for the other. The serving size is 2, but i only need to give one. Both my daughter's have trouble going to sleep without needing an hour of rocking; which is difficult as a single parent to put 2 kids down together. My older daughter will take one and fall asleep quite quickly, and stay asleep (Shes 4.5 and has been using the dummies on and off since she was 2.5). My other daughter, who is 2.5, can take one and fall asleep. But then she is up, crying within 2 hours, and wide awake - so requires another hour of rocking. I need my sleep too! So, it's not an effective solution for her.

My picky son loves the taste. They put him right to sleep. I’m very satisfied with their quality and efficacy.
