Claro que refresca!
¡Estos pequeños ventiladores funcionan muy bien!.. Por supuesto que no van a sacar aire frío si no tienen una fuente principal de donde sacarlo. Lo que hace es que te tira una ráfaga de aire para complementar la ventilación deficiente o inexistente en tu carro, pero por supuesto que ayuda, sirve y alivia contra el calor. Estoy muy satisfecho.

Does the great job
Working great so far . I'm in a mail truck for a good part of the day an the twin fans help circulate air in truck ,Hot air but that's not the fans fault. Bring to big double sided stick pads to mount it they work great. Doesn't budge

Great while it worked
Was great while it worked. But only used it 5 times in the car (backseat for the kids in AZ). It already doesn't work.

Moves air good
It’s making some noises once in awhile and haven’t used it very long. Not sure if I bought the right one. Otherwise it’s a decent fan if you need to move some air. And it’s nice to able to move both fans whatever direction you need.

I bought these for my Nissan xterra because I had no Ac in it n they work awesome

Failed to meet expectations
Fan works fine for the price. The sticky pads provided do not hold. Will attempt to drill holes in base and mount with screws.
