Metal discoloration
I was quite disappointed to open the keychain and see that the metal parts are discolored. This was a gift for my daughter for Christmas but looks as though it is not made of great material. I have seen these in the dollar store since purchasing and am upset that I spent so much more for this product that came tarnished.-I also want to add that I selected the keychain to have a silver color and it came with a gold colored keychain instead

Cute, however...
The pom pom itself is cute, perfect size and incredibly soft; the attached rings though are a different color than described - someone even said in a review it matches the hardware LV uses so I bought it because of that. The attached rings not only have a different color but also of horrendous quality and that’s why I’m giving it 3 stars.In the picture I had already replaced the rings with some other ones I had lying around, still not perfect, but better.

Wrong color delivered
The poof is so cute ... however I ordered the hot pink one and I instead received the royal blue. I plan to use it on my new purse for now...but I really want the hot pink one for my purse. I will happily keep the blue one for a key chain, but for prime same day I was irritated that I didn’t get what I ordered.

Disappointed
Disappointed my Pom Broke off my purse haven’t even had it a month.. wasn’t the clip that broke the material holding it to the clip broke. just fell off for no reason as I was walking.It felt great and was so pretty but quality clearly not there.

Cute, fuzzy
Cute Keychain. Very soft and fuzzy. I got it for my daughter's dance bag, since another kid in her class had the same bag and I didn't want her getting confused. Definitely does the trick.
