I got two of these for my dad and husband. I got one for my husband first and he loved it so much I got another one for my dad. They both have hip and back pain and my husband says it's very relaxing. My dad is also enjoying it very much! It's like a pulsing vibration and it has a heat feature as well. It fits well on the couch or on my husband's work chair. It has 15, 30, and 60 min timers. Great product and works amazingly!

This massager/heating pad combo is wonderful. It has several different settings for what area of the body you want to focus on. It has a strong vibration that soothes sore muscles and good heat throughout. I like the vibration in my buttocks area as it gets the blood flowing after sitting for extended periods of time. I recommend this to anyone.

We were on vacation and our friends had one. We tried it and bought 2 of them. We are not disappointed. So relaxing and relieved the tension.

Update 3.16.22- I haven’t had this for even 2 months and it’s already broke. The upper back section of the massage stopped working completely. The squeaking sound is in all but 1 section of the massage and I can’t get it to stop so I just turn it off. I’m outside of the return window so I can’t return it now. Total waste of money, I’m so bummed.My husband got this for me after I complained all night about how bad my back hurt from the mix of pregnancy and covid. The heat is so nice and the vibration is nice for back relief in that moment. This is not a back massager that has the rotating balls inside to actually massage your back, it’s strictly vibration. At first I was a little disappointed about that and ended up finding an actual massaging chair pad thing at another store but when I brought it home and used it I realized I preferred this one MUCH more. This pad is loud though. I had to exchange my first one because one section of the vibration would make this AWFUL squeaking noise so loud that I couldn’t even use it. My replacement came in and it does make the same sound, just not as loud and not in the same area as the previous one so I just shut that area off (upper back) which is fine for me. If my husband sits on the pad he doesn’t get that sounds so I think I just don’t weigh enough and/or don’t cover enough of the seat to put the pressure on the vibration to stop that noise. Either way, it’s a decent massage pad but a little expensive for what it is.

Just so ya know, I'm 63 year old female with a lot of back pain due to some serious back issues (spinal stenosis, severe arthritis, scoliosis and 2 bulging discs). In addition, six months ago I had my right hip replaced. I'm 5' 3" tall and weigh 130 lbs. Also, I'm active. I'm not bed bound or anything like that.I'm only giving this info because I want people reading the review to know what my issues are so they can make an educated decision on whether or not this item is right for them.On to the review:I'll admit. I just got the massage cushion BUT I got it an hour ago and I had it set up and ready to use in less than a minute. I am now sitting down and in ABSOLUTE HEAVEN. I have serious pain in my lower back and hips and MAN! This is such an awesome item!1) It's easy to set up (and I DO MEAN EASY).2) The remote control and it's options are fabulous! I had no idea I would get so many options! I've taken a picture so yawl could see for yourselves exact what it looks like RIGHT out of the box.You can choose which area of your body you want catered to. You can choose the the INTENSITY of the massage. You can have heat with it. It has a timer that you can set for 15, 30 or 60 minutes. You have six setting that include tapping, kneading, pulsating, rolling and an auto feature (that actually is very cool) AND it's not bull manure either! Each option is DIFFERENT from the next selection. In one case the difference is minor but it IS different.3) IT LOOKS NICE TOO! I thought it would look like hell but it doesn't. I have one of those small heating/vibrating pads and it looks seriously tacky. I figured this would be the same BUT I was SO WRONG! Check out the pictures. It's a nice looking piece AND, again, it actually works! MY BACK ACTUALLY FEELS BETTER AFTER 15 MINUTES OF USE!I really think this would work well for any small to regularly sized individual. I pit this on my recliner in it works wonders. I falls asleep ever time.

Comfortable and works well. I'm a big person and can feel the vibration and massage nicely. I wish it was a little longer in the seat, but overall I would buy again.

bought this mostly for heating pad , which works great so far. Have only had it for a week. Massager is ok but vibrations not very strong, even at the highest intensity. All together it is very soothing, but a bit noisy when vibrations are on. I really appreciate the timer option since I burnt out the motor of my last seat heat/massager by leaving it on too long. This one shuts off automatically after, 15, 30 or 60 minutes.

I found that Shiatsu massagers, left me with a very sore back - the opposite of what I wanted!This one is a gentle vibration with different levels of intensity. You can choose what areas of your back, neck or thighs that you want to relax. Not as effective as a hard massage BUT it's just so relaxing. Really enjoying it and will keep it.
