Can't live without this
This supplement was recommended to me by a trusted source to help with joint pain. I have been using it daily for about seven years now and probably won't ever stop because the benefits were noticeable right away. I used to take another brand which only came in 200mg so that I had to take two pills a day 2 a day. I was so happy to find a trusted brand like GNC which makes this supplement in a higher dosage so that I only have to take one a day.

Excellent bioflavanoid
Excellent product. I use bioflavanoids with my vitamin C for better absorption. Although i have recently reduced by dosage to around 150 mg, my research indicated that 500mg is tolerable. Excellent product for general nutrition and specifically if you are using Vitamin C.

Have used Grape Seed Extract for years. This product has the same ingredients as the brand used before. It seems to help lesson the effects of infectious illnesses.
