Solid Surface Go Keyboard Alternative
This keyboard cover feels great to type on, pairs instantly with the Surface Go, and the touchpad is surprisingly responsive. Lightweight, magnetic, and folds nicely. A cost-effective, high-quality alternative to the original.

Cheap and Effective
The keyboard is a good clone of the Microsoft keyboard. Its got a soft fabric feeling back, while the front is hard plastic. The Microsoft keyboard is more aesthetic, but this one will last longer overtime i think. The keys feel really clicky. I do wish the track pad was bigger, but i also thought the same thing with the Microsoft keyboard so nothing i can fault this one for. This doesn't come charged, so charge it before u use it. And make sure u get a type c to usb connector (if u have a samsung phone u already have this) as it will be easy to charge the keyboard from ur surface go. Edit: after usage for a couple months i find that the trackpad is very hard to use gestures on as it keeps trying to zoom in when i am trying to scroll. Typing on this is a hassle as the keys position is cramped and i find myself having to type slower to make sure i do not accidentally miss a key. I would sum this up to: u get what you pay for

Typing this on my new MoKo Type Cover
Greatly prefer this typecover to the one made with/for the Surface Go, and I believe it is cheaper as well. I just got it, so I can't vouch for the battery life or longevity of the product, but the mousepad is much easier to use, with more intuitive controls. The one thing I anticipate could be a problem is that the keys are smaller and it's more difficult to type properly if you have big hands or thick fingers. The keys are more like buttons than flatter pads on the Microsoft touchscreen. It's a lot easier to use the Fn feature, and there is a Fn lock that is clearly marked so you can be sure that you are hitting "F1" instead of "Mute" and similar uses. There is also a simple key that disables the mouse pad, which has been a problem in the past for me with typing on a Surface. The reason I bought this new typecover in the first place was because the mousepad on the original cover had become damaged and was both hypersensitive and erratic. Just moving my hands above it was causing sections of the document I typed to become highlighted and promptly erased. This MoKo model enables me to quickly turn the mousepad off so I can type without that being a concern. The major issue I anticipate is that it has its own battery instead of drawing from the tablet, so it has to be recharged separately, but that's easily handled with a standard micro-USB charging cord. The one included with the typecover is a little short, and does not include a charger, but in this day and age, longer cords and chargers are easy to get. And of course the benefit is that with the Bluetooth function, you don't NEED to attach the keyboard to the tablet and can set the tablet at convenient eye level. With the caveat that I don't know about longevity or durability issues, I would definitely recommend this type cover for the Surface Go over and above the band model that would be sold with the tablet at an additional (higher) charge.

Good high quality product - 4 year update
Bought over 4 years ago, regularly use it. Still going strong with practically zero signs of wear. Battery lasts almost a month between charges with me using it for ~an hour a day. So worth the cost savings of buying an "official" keyboard for a Surface.

Erratic circuitry shoddy at best.
I'm not sure whether the keyboard i recieved was perhaps defective and this could all be an isolated issue however my unit is buggy. It loses charge very quickly, like 30min on standby, and doesn't turn off automatically like my other Bluetooth keyboards either. After about 2 minutes of trackpad use, it just stops working and I have to power cycle the unit and reconnect it to the Bluetooth in order to use it properly again. Terribly frustrating to use, forked out for genuine.

What a terrific option!
I actually was most interested in this as a lightweight flip cover for my Surface Go. As for performance in that regard, EXCELLENT! Being able to use this for a keyboard cover, again, EXCELLENT!! It is super responsive, has a great feel, responsive touchpad... Looks great and does probably everything that the OEM product does. Love the price and the quality feels like it is better than what I am paying for. Good warranty, so will see how this performs after I own it for a year. So far, no regrets in any way!

it's ok but not what I really wanted
It does a decent job for the price. My main complaint is the need for the function key to use functions I use a lot. I like the backlight alot. the bluetooth connects fast. it is way cheaper than the microsoft keyboard. I bought the microsoft keyboard recently (won some money on a lottery scratch off) and in spite of the cost it is now the keyboard I use. the Moko is nice for the backlight and bluetooth. but frankly it is a inconvenience to need to hold the function key to use the pg up/pg down etc. if you do not use these a lot it is a very good cheap alternative to the microsoft keyboard. The backlight is a ReALLY nice feature that the microsoft keyboard lacks. The case was not to my liking (too thick) , but it is nice if you do not have a case (i have a UAG case). I would say this is a very nice economical alternative. I recommend it if you are not inclined to spend for the Microsoft keyboard and a pricey case. This is a very good price/performance ratio (worth the price if you are on a budget)

Good product for its price comparing to the original Microsoft Surface Go keyboard, however, the quality is not the same so do not expect a high quality item, it also requires Bluetooth paring instead of the Microsoft kinetic connector and it requires USB charging as well from time to time

Ottima tastiera, ottime le dimensioni ridotte ma nonostante questo funzionale

Quite nice. A bit of a pain in the ass when you forget to charge it and suddenly you don’t have a keyboard, but otherwise a good product. Also you have to turn it off and on if your microsoft surface has been on sleep, but that’s only a minor nuisance.
