i was getting that ugly rash you see on people's legs sometimes, with little scabs...horrible! so i started doing everything i could think of, topically and internally. and i think this is possibly what healed it. either this or the dandilion greens, or the black-seed oil. wish i knew for sure, but it seemed to get better when i started taking this oil-based thiamine. i drink vodka almost every evening, and i thought the rash might be related to that. it's supposed to help with the "side-effects" of alcohol. if you drink, i think this stuff might be important to take.

I've used benfoldamine for more than a year now and when I get poor and I can't afford to buy it I so so feel it. However sometimes I'll compromise with a different brand and I can tell it's not doing the same thing. So I don't buy other brands have benfotomine. This is one of the few things I don't compromise on. So if brain clarity and concentration are important to you and you're getting older and it's kind of fudging away or you're fighting diabetes and it's going away.
