I started using this by adding just 1–2 drops to my water daily, and surprisingly, I noticed my period pain improved. Iodine plays a critical role in thyroid function, hormone balance, and detox support, especially for reproductive health. That said, it’s also something to be careful with, since too much can throw things off, especially if you’re already dealing with hormonal or thyroid issues.This brand is high quality and well respected. For me, small doses made a noticeable difference.

Iodine is important. This product is 2% and works as iodine should work. The problem lies in the dropper - not the product. When the volume remaining in the bottle drops to 1/3rd - it's difficult for the dropper to extract the remaining liquid. Aside from that, no problems.

Life-changing dietary supplement. Best bang for your buck for iodine supplements. Easy to use, add to coffee or tea.
