Totally awesome except the fraying plastic coating on the cables *sighs* oh well but its way nicer feel and tactile

Carbon fiber bling
Came with cable housing and a nice teflon (I think) coated cable. Looks nice and shifts crisp. Using it with the normal XT8000 derailleur.
