the material both interior and exterior feel durable and seem like they will handle wear and tear
I purchased this pack to replace a Jansport fanny pack which had served me well for 15+ years. The zipper finally began failing. My criteria for a replacement unit was primarily to hold a Strathmore Sketch book 5.5 in x 8.5 in, iPad mini (Gen 1) and occasionally a paperback novel (up to 7.5 in x 5.5 in x 1 in). I also carry a case for glasses/sunglasses and cellphone daily. This Osage River pack is well-made; the stitching is top notch with no exposed threading, the material both interior and exterior feel durable and seem like they will handle wear and tear. The three smaller front compartments seem specialized for smaller components - my case for glasses/sunglasses won't fit into these, so it will have to go into the large primary compartment. The center front pocket has both a pressure clip and zipper enclosure - it is very square in design and will not hold a cellphone that is taller than an original iPhone [4.54 in x 2.44 in], but does hold a wallet up to 3.5 in x 4.25 in. The two side front compartments are triangular in design. They have compression buckles and zippered access. Their triangular format will make usage a unique challenge - we'll see.As for my fitting the Strathmore Sketchbook, iPad mini, and novel of choice, the large compartment will accommodate the iPad mini and a novel without trouble. Unfortunately, the 5.5 in x 8.5 in sketchbook will not fit even by itself - new sketchbook time. The large compartment will hold two 16.9 fl oz bottles of water. There is a fourth compartment that runs along the backside of the large compartment; it has ample padding and its own zippered access. The sizing is suited best for a full sized cellphone, passport, or both.I saw quite a few similar models by other manufacturers for sale on Amazon for less money. As I found with the Jansport pack, I wanted something that would last a long time and it looks like this pack is built to last.I hope this has been informative! Too informative?

Nice Bag
We utilize this as a diaper bag. My husband wears it cross body across his back and I wear like a dorky mom in the front - but this bag is anything but dorky. We find it's plenty big enough for all the toddler things and diapers.

It’s a good little pack.
I bought this as a first aid kit. It’s a little snug, but all my supplies do fit. I have not owned the pack long enough to comment of the longevity of the material, but so far it seems to be sturdy enough. I’d say it’s a fine investment of your money.

Versatil and sturdy!
Sturdy! Great use of space! I can sling it over a shoulder or hook it around my car seat for added storage in my car. Love the doctor's bag look!

Durable, great for theme parks
This is a nice sturdy fanny pack, and works great for going on theme park rides. You keep your phone, etc. in it so it doesn't wind up on the ground under the ride.

Expanding pockets! Roomy too!
Got the pack for my 83 yr old Dad. He has dementia and we thought this would be a good way for him to keep his favorite music, photos etc with him. Easy access for him to use. He loves it

Not rlly Realistic
The pocket, zipper and clip coordination isn’t rlly realistic. It looks professional and roomy but once you actually use it, it’s kinda silly the way it’s put together. I haven’t even worn it because the pocket/clip situation just doesn’t make sense together and isn’t helpful.
