I LOVE these noodles!!! Exactly what I wanted!! Mom use to make these over seas 50 years ago! Love clear rice noodles and are a compliment to any soup or dish or stand alone soup!!!! Takes a little more time to prepare than instant ramen, but love the rice noodles. Can't use the spicy packets...too spicy for me, but substitute it with chicken or beef bouillon.

Really great taste and the clear version of the noodles are gluten free!It comes with regular seasoning, an oil packet, and some spicy optional seasoning which has a image of a pepper on it. I like that they give you the option of whether to make it spicy or not!Seasoning is very flavorful and savory, with a nice slight oniony taste.The only two things I would keep in mind are it's VERY high in salt content, so you wouldn't want to eat more than one of these in a day.For the rice noodle texture it is a little "starchy" so the texture is a little 'rougher' and 'dryer' than your typical noodle texture.Other than that I think it's worth trying! Definitely a good choice if you are limited in your diet choices and you want a little bit of new variety!

Mama ramen company doesn't disappoint! Delicious garlic flavor, these ones are hands down my favorite great texture, excellent flavor, and a great value. Top em with your favorite ingredients to have a authentic asian feel. These noodles are filling and never disappoint.

Love that it has clear broth, rice noodles I can just have my vegetables and our beef, shrimp, ham or chicken and have a great little soup. Perfect quick pick me up on cold days..

I discovered these at a Mexican market when I lived in Illinois. They were very affordable and delicious. When I moved to a very small rural town I had to get them from Amazon at a higher cost and unfortunately they changed the noodles to be much thinner which makes the soup much less enjoyable.
