junk! Don't buy!
An estimated 40 lb redfish effortlessly snapped a leader made of this product. The leader showed signs of peeling abrasion from the fish's small teeth.The leader consisted of a 6/0 circle hook tied with a Palomar knot and a 80 Lb test barrel swivel. The line snapped at the Palomar knot. Microscope inspection indicated a weak spot. Possibly due to a problem with formulation of the flurocarbon material.

Best leader line for the money.
Is it the best leader money can buy? No. Is it good for how much you're paying for it? Hell yes.I have used Seaguar Blue Label fluorocarbon leader for years, it's probably the best, but it's 4x as expensive as this stuff.It's a little bigger in diameter but not by much. I boat flip big fish on this leader line all the time and I haven't had it break on me. Make sure you retie after landing a big fish or it having abrasion from rubbing on stuff.

Thicker for its test than other brands.
I love berkley products, but this one is a thick 130lbs. Feels like the size of 150, I did have a hard time splicing this for my leader. I will try the 100lb coil next time, it did its job as a leader for jigging tuna. The stiffness avoid tangles from the jig, so that is on a plus side.

you get what you pay for.
purchased a couple of the 30# Berkly fluorocarbon leader line, when I tested the breaking strength it consistently broke at 13Lbs, you get what you pay for.Am sticking with Seaguar Blue Label Line!!

Berkeley is reliable, consistent and innovative. If the price is right go with Berkeley on Amazon. Watch out for counterfeits on auction sites.

Shortage on spool
Just loaded up my leaders for a fishing trip. Only got 3 one yard leader, out of spool. What a RIP off.

Knots are the key
Been using this 20lb. leader line for years and never had a problem with it just remember good knots is the key to keeping your catch!!!

Quality product
I meant to order 60 lb but the 80 ties better than expected. Almost too big for the eyes on my circle hooks though.

Great stuff
Great stuff made tons of pike leaders and it helped land a 43" Pike through the ice this winter.
