1. Yes, you can use it every day. 2. Just mix a few drops with your favorite lotion or cream to enrich their vitamin content and help to moisturize your face. (No wash) 3. if you want to massage for your face(Need wash with warm water, No soap): Use enough amount the oil ( 1 full pipe or 2 full pipes), then massage well around 2~3 min, then wash with warm water until removed oily feeling.

Q: Can it be used as a carrier oil

I use this oil for swishing when I clean my mouth according to the Ayurvedic principles.
