Quite high in salt so you don't need much to add to water but the flavor is really good. You can use as soup or stock base. It's lasts longer because you only add 2 teaspoons to make a stock or soup

This is great to add flavour to everything as well as a soup base! I use it instead of stock in a lot of thing to add a savoury salty flavour. It’s often the magic ingredient that elevates good to great. No additional salt needed

Absolutely made up with this product, by far better than the sachets we normally buy and it will last a lot longer. No need for wontons (all the time) as it's perfect with the straight to wok noodles or just by itself as a quick winter warmer of an evening. Added chicken into the first batch and wasn't disappointed.

This is now a staple in my kitchen. I just add beansprouts, chopped garlic and pak choi for a quick, light and tasty meal. Sometimes I add prawns or chicken as well. I also add a dash of chilli oil and sesame oil.

This makes not only great wonton soup, but serves as a terrific base for all sorts of soups. It has a very “clean” flavor, and you don’t need much for excellent taste. It dissolves well, so I recommend starting with less than adding a bit more if needed.

Nothing wrong with the product but it is expensive. I found out a week after buying this that the same thing costs £1.90 in a chinese supermarket less than 6 miles from where I live.

So tasty...you only need a tiny bit and it tastes just like a take-away version.

Won ton soup is delicious in my opinion. This base has many uses including used as a seasoning and garnish. You will not be disappointed in the flavour it brings. Give it ago. A little goes a long way so it's lasts for a while even when used as a soup base.
