This pan is perfect. I love that it is huge with low sides and very wide. Easy to stir whatever you are cooking. Cleanup is a breeze. Plus, I decided to make a batch of Chex Mix for Christmas gifts. It was so easy to stir all those ingredients without spilling over the sides and it slid easily into and out of the oven multiple times for stirring. Couldn't be happier with the decision to purchase this pan.

Big, sturdy quality pot. Easy to clean perfect fitting lid, if I could change one thing… it would be the thickness, more like a traditional dutch oven. They really shouldn’t advertise it as such. ✌🏼

I found myself using this Dutch Oven so much I decided to give my $300 one away. This thing cooks everything soups, chili, roasts, chicken pot pie or biscuits so perfectly no reason for any other pot. The size of this Dutch Oven is big enough to cook anything and will feed many people at one time.Stovetop to Oven it doesn't matter because cleanup is a breeze. I highly recommend this product to any home cook from beginner to Pro because cooking in the Pot is amazing.

Great Large , light Weight Dutch !!!

When I started using this pot, it worked great, but as the water would boil, I could see some white stuff around the bolts on the lid. It wasn't sticky, just a strange stain that would only appear on the lid part. Thankfully, it went away with time, but I have to give it four stars for that. Besides the stain, the product worked flawlessly, was easy to clean, and heated up fairly quick.

Get this if you love soup and love a great big pot to cook it in.

Why spend $300 for a Le Creusset Dutch oven? This 8 quart Dutch oven has the perfect dimensions--wide enough to use as a very large frying pan and plenty of capacity for a large stew/chili/pork roast. I saw some negative reviews but this is an incredible product. I bought it on sale last November and will wait for the price to come down this November for another one. (Or two).

Also have one as a housewarming gift. We use it multiple times a day. Bacon. Chili. Spaghetti sauce. Soup. Stir fry. Perfect pan.

Great Dutch oven. Easy to clean, heats evenly and pretty light weight. Glass lid is helpful to see inside pot but the handle can get warm.
