Nice Cordless Water Fountain
We have 2 cats and needed a fountain that was cordless. We have it set up to run every 90 minutes and it keeps the water fresh and clean. The cats really enjoy it and it’s been much better than the standard water bowl we used before.

Ordered for cordless. Doesn’t work.
I ordered it for my porch, cordless. It worked for less than a day. Batteries are new, cheanged to make sure. Batteries in correctly. Pump working. It works for one cycle then NEVER comes on again and the light starts flashing. I was in and out of the hospital the two weeks before the return window. I’m one DAY later to return it. I’m STUCK and NOT happy!

Water Galor
I love this water fountain for my two large dogs! I use to have to refill their water bowl (they used to insist on only drinking out of one small one) almost every hour. This fountain has allowed me to fill once a day and keep them filled with water. The one down side that I have encountered twice in the 6 months Ive owned this is the fact that sometimes the red light will blink and no water will come out even with brand new batteries. After a few google searches, I had to disassemble the motorized filter and clean it. The noise overall is not annoying but can be heard from across the room,

Wanted to work, but had two failures
Cool product. First attempt, motor never went on, so out of box failure. Second attempt, started up and so happy, then never recirculated again. so sorry this happened. Hope manufacturer can find what happened on my returns. Would try again.

Dogs love it
It’s nice because you can put it anywhere or you don’t have a card. Dogs love drinking out of it. It says that it’s BPA free plastic. I hope that’s true. It’s very well constructed.

Doesn’t constantly flow
One didn’t work and the other one wasn’t what I expected I expected it to constant run or at least run for while it doesn’t run for very long before you have to hit the button again. To not have stagnant water sitting it needs to be constantly moving right?

stops working for no reason
This was my second purchase. Great idea even though batteries very expensive. The first one lasted barely a year and the second one barely 3 months. I tried to get service but the e-mail on brochure did not work. I would really like to get it working. Does anyone know how to get in touch with this company?
