Key for keeping track of foods, Fat, Protein, Carbs and Calories intake on a daily basis.
I, personally, needed to write everything down. I used this Journal for keeping track of meals, foods, fat, protein, carbohydrate and calorie intake on a daily basis. I changed column headings to F, P, C and Cal. Used far left description column for B, S, L, S, D (breakfast, snack, lunch, snack and dinner. Then wrote grams of fat, protein and carbs and total calories in each line for each meal. Result told me my total fat, protein, carbohydrates and calories consumed during the day. I lost 42 lbs in my first 5 months using this Journal. I am beginning my 6th month on keto with this journal (I'm on my third journal). I, definitely, recommend it. It's not perfect but it simply helps you follow the program and track your progress.

Missing page for DAY 50
This is functional for tracking basic macros and workouts, but when I went through and dated my "days," it is missing the page for DAY 50.
