This worked really well, my machine worked again after I used it.

Very easy to use. Clear instructions, and as I live in a very hard water area, this descaler is essential for our coffee machine. Good value, and something I would always use and recommend. Seems to be keeping the product clean and clear.

Good product confusing instructions, it works somewhat but the button sequence to use descale mode doesn’t seem to work as advertised I know I’m not the only one experiencing this and I just wish there was a separate button but overall comes out a lot better after running through with one of these

The product is standard, but for what's important is that's its the official brand. I tried to follow online video instructions but they were not entirely accurate and different lights lit up, so I'd advise to use your instruction manual when you descale. I'm assuming the machine needs to be descaled around once every three months or so.
