Great supplement to take after Bariatric surgery! It has Iron in it also. And it has no taste at all! Pill is on the large size (I take mine with yogurt each morning) but the benefits are huge! I've had no stomach upset at all.

I've struggled with absorption ever since my bariatric surgery in 2018. Iron, potassium, and b12 being the worst (who knows why bodies are like this?). I finally decided to switch it up and buy these. I took them the day I received them without food, and I did have some burps that tasted gross but nothing worse. They're not too big to swallow. But most importantly, I almost immediately began to notice the difference in how I felt. I currently only take one a day because I felt like they almost worked too well (and this helps me stretch the bottle out, value wise). I don't bruise nearly as often, I don't have as many aches, I have more energy.Now for the slightly weird part. I really don't mind it, but this pill does turn my pee bright yellow. I'm not sure if it's the added veggie stuff or b12, but it happens. But it's a sign to me that I'm getting the vitamins I need so I'm okay with it!

I actually felt better taking them. I have extremely low vitamin levels that have put me in the hospital a couple of times. It was a wake up call to find something to help and this was it. Easy to take and I felt a difference in just a couple of days. Will be reordering and setting up my subscription.

This product would be five stars for all but one ingredient, which afterwards learned was a synthetic form of Vitamin B12 called cyanocobalamine.

Do not buy this product if you have had bariatric surgery. I already struggle with malabsorption after RNY gastric bypass 2.5 years ago. In one month of using this product my iron dropped below the minimum range and I was severely deficient. I was developing large hematomas from even the slightest bump against anything. I immediately stopped taking this and started a high quality recommended bariatric supplement along with additional iron and higher doses of Vitamin C to aid the absorption of the iron. My bruising has slowed and most have healed, I am also not as cold, or tired, and my hair has stopped breaking off at the ends. Never again will I buy this so called Vitamin. Buyer Beware! I am 1 year post-op and I have tried 3 other barriatric vitamins, I started with chewy vitamins which started to be disgusting over time and expensive, then went to a chewable which caused me to throw up instantly, I then went to a pill and wish these were the first pills I tried because they would of been the last. These vitamins have given me so much more energy and they don't hurt my stomach, also my HAIR, I was losing so much hair up until I switched to these a month ago. I'm so sad I didn't start with these pills because maybe I wouldn't of lost so much hair. The black pills are a bit scary looking at first but they don't taste like anything and no after burp taste. I opened one up because I wanted to see what was inside the pills and it's a orange color liquid. Im going to call it liquid gold, because these have been a great find and I do recommend for barriatric patients.

The Good: I've used these for well over a year, and I can testify to their results. When I am bad about taking my vitamins, I start to have problems with the skin on my face (rash and flaking). Within a few days of getting back on my regiment, the results are noticeable, and within a week its more or less cleared up.The Bad: Despite never having the problem in the past, all three of my past three shipments have had quality problems. At least one of the capsules has leaked and created an oily mess. This leaves a dark yellow oil on my hands when getting them, and it also means that I cannot pop a few into my pill capsule with my other meds because they'll get the oil all over them. On top of that, it makes them taste horrible. I am not sure if this is a production issue, or a problem with storage conditions at the warehouse, but if it isn't resolved within the next 2 or 3 shipments, I'll probably start looking for another solution.
