Hello, This model (the TotalPass P400 Employee Time Clock) only works as a stand-alone system and does not support multi-clock system. However, the next model up, the TotalPass P600 Employee Time Clock (also available on Amazon) supports multi-clock system, whereby you can link upto 32 time clocks on your network. The multi-clock support automatically consolidates time clock punches from all your time clocks on your shared network--thereby allowing you to access and manage all time clocks from just one login. In this scenario, an employee can clock IN from one time clock and clock OUT from another and the employee's punches will automatically be consolidated in their individual employee timecard or other time clock reports. Hello, This model does not have the biometric feature. If you're looking for the biometric feature, please refer to TotalPass B600 Biometric Time Clock (also available on amazon). That said, all our TotalPass time clock systems, including the biometric model, supports multiple connectivity options standard. One of those optional connectivity options supported is port forwarding, which allows you to access and manage your time clock remotely anytime over the Web, whether you're in another city or another country (NO monthly fee or 3rd party hosting involved). The port forwarding time clock connection method is optional and ideal for those that want the flexibility to manage the time clock data without being onsite. Please note that port forwarding configuration is available either as a self-service option or available through factory reps for a one-time flat fee of $99.
