Braisogona Efficient Low Casserole with Lid, 40 cm _

I bought the 40cm unit hoping it would be useful on my large 30-35cm induction ring (which combines all four small squares into a paella pan-sized ring), and still fit inside my 41.5cm oven. Problem One is, the actual induction surface on the bottom is only about 29.5 cm, so it has to be positioned exactly right or the induction ring won't work. A bit fiddly, but fortunately I can just about get the induction to turn on. A slight millimeter knock either way while stirring, though, and the induction goes on the blink. This will be endlessly frustrating. Problem Two is that the diameter of the outer rim at the top is 43cm, so it does not fit in the oven at all. So bang goes that one. Apart from that, a lovely, huge light-weight unit, looks to be good quality. Still thinking about returning it, but I got this one off the Amazon warehouse cheap, so might yet keep it. It would be useful if the exact measurements could be included in the description, though.

Je n'utilise plus que cet ustensile pour faire ma cuisine. Grande rapidité de cuisson et les aliments ne collent pas au revêtement. J'ai un peu de mal avec les maniques quand le produit est très chaud mais j'utilise des gants ou torchon en coton.

MàJ : Après quelques utilisations le fond est rayé. On dirait un revêtement genre téflon !!! Largeur utile 40cm (en haut), hauteur 19cm + couvercle bombé... Genre paella sur plaque à induction : 14 cuisses de poulet, 900g de riz + 1.8L d’eau (salée), 3 poivrons, 6 tomates, 3 gros oignons, 2 chorizos doux, un grand sachet de calamar surgelé... Il reste beaucoup de place et la prochaine fois j’en ferai d’avantage sachant que je congèle des plats individuels pour la semaine... Ne pas oublier l’huile d’olive (tapisser amplement le fond) pour ne pas accrocher...

Es una maravilla,lo que si puedo decir es que los agarraderos de silicona con lo buenos que son, no te libran de que te quemen las asas, esta cazuela coge un gran calor en toda su superficie, pero bueno uso unos de tela gruesa y ya está, hace tiempo que la compré, y puedo dar fe de las numerosas comidas familiares realizadas desde entonces y está tal cuál, la única pena es que no sirva para inducción, pero la volvería a comprar si siguiera sin existir la versión apta para inducción ✅✅✅✅✅
