Love the cover too, so beautiful and magical, just like the poems inside.

Good book to read
Yeats is one of the most popular poets and this book is a collectable edition of some of his best poems. The poems itself are marvellous. Yeats has a way of words to convey the deepest of meanings in the easiest words. The hardback book that I got from Amazon is really pretty to look at and looks great on the shelf as well. It is 308 pages long. The poems in this book cover a range of topics but most of the poems were romantic and who knows romance better than the renowned poet Yeats. Each poem leaves a deep imprint on the reader's mind and conveys Yeats' philosophy of life. Some of my favourite poems in the book were ‘The Second Coming’, ‘The Stolen Child’ and ‘When You Are Old’. Since the book showcases one of Yeats best works, it becomes quite evident why he was the first Irishmen to get Nobel Prize in Literature. I would recommend this book to all those who have an interest in poetry. W.B Yeats is one poet whom everyone should read at least once in their life. His poetry instills deep empathy and compassion in a reader.

overall good (content wise)
outer cover is hardcover but inside pages are similar to paperback... (and yellowish). Poems (inner contents) are good.

Love at first sight !! ✨😍
When I saw this book, I thought to myself - this is the one for me and I am sk right! The hardbound cover and the context it serves works well the bibliophile in me and the plus point is that - its poems - something that I love even more. It is a great collection of poems, very well prepared and assorted. I loved the cover design anf the idea of it too - an early collection of poems of reowned - W.B. Yeats, they do hold some remarkable works by him like 'The sorrow of Love' and 'An Irish Airman foresees his Death' and so on. This book is a true treasure!

The Lady in Pink
This hardback is so beautiful and pleasing on the eyes that I fell in love at an instant upon unburdening it from the clutches of the Amazon packaging. It is more beautiful when it's in front of your eyes in flesh. Yeats' poetry is not something one should "review", but if you are an avid reader and a book enthusiast, you must have this one on your shelves.P.S - I have shared snaps of the contents which will guide you through the 100 poems which are here in this edition. Cheers!

Great collection for the poet in us
"...all triumph wouldBut break upon his ghostly solitude."Can keep reading this many times, just for these 2 lines. Some things never change - be it the time it was written (2 centuries ago), or the place.Worth its weight in gold, truth be told.

Very low quality paper has been used
The book jacket and hardcover of the book is excellent but this is the epitome of "Do not judge a book by its cover." The pages are very very thin and coarse and almost see-through. The content is fine for the most part, but some essential titles like "Sailing to Byzantium" and "Leda and the Swan" are missing.
