- In a saucepan add 4 cups of water and a pinch salt. Once the water is at a rolling boil add 1/2 cup of trahanas and then cook it for 10 minutes stirring continuously.
- Once it becomes a porridge, take the saucepan off the fire and add a little salt, pepper and extra virgin olive oil.
- Tip! Try replacing half of the water, with goat's milk for more viscous and tasty result!
