Keeping your spout clean
These should come with the podium water bottles as standard. They do the job well which is to keep the drinking spout clean but it's a steep price to pay for a bit of silicone. Still recommend you buy one though. Easy to fit. Can be operated with one hand once it's on.

Needed for your bottle.
Needed accessory which should ideally come with your bottle,but unfortunately that is the way if the world these days.Anyway keeps unwanted things away from my mouth piece.

Works well but...
... does not suit the older style of Camelbak Podium bottle. These have a longer nozzle so the cap doesn’t cover it all. Fits perfectly on the newer style bottle.

Easy fit
It simply does what you expect, keeps the muck out of your bottle, easily fitted to bottle

Works well
Perfect fit and works really well, but just a little disappointed with Camelbak. After buying a new bottle to find out I have spend another £5 on a bit of rubber that can't have cost more 10p to make, so that mud and dirt doesn't go in the mouth piece.

Way too costly. I mean, to be frank they should have included this bit with the original Podium bottle itself. First they exclude this mud flap (which happens to be the one of the main accessories) from the main bottle and then they charging a fortune, nearly a quarter of the main bottle price, is really insane! Really bad marketing tactics... Totally distasteful.! Had I known this earlier, wouldn't have gone for this brand at all..
