Everything is ok and great. They fit perfectly
Ok, so everything is ok and great. They fit perfectly, the little tie downs at the bottom of each leg makes them easy to adjust to prevent dragging. Now I know what material this is but the funny part is that it says its 100% Cotton on the pants tag, and its not 100% cotton. This pair of pants are mislabeled making me believe that they are not real and a knockoff of Propper pants. Now who gives a **** because I rather have the material stated here. Note that this pair of pants are not 100% cotton even tho the pants label says they are. This is a mixture material of Poly and Cotton so you are getting what you paid for. I dont care about them being mislabeled since this could be a manufacturer error because the description here is exactly what i received. They are tough and def worth the money. I was not paid to write this review by the way, I actually paid for what i wanted and got what i wanted that I even ordered two more right before i wrote this review. The size is very accurate so as usual go one size up and not one size down when it comes to length. Also, i did wash them and they only shrink about 1/4" in lenght. They may look big as you take them out of bag but once you wash them once and try them on they will fit perfectly. Update: THE TWO OTHER PANTS I RECEIVED TODAY ALSO SAY 100% Cotton and they are not. Details on Amazon say they are poly and cotton. Once again the tags on the pants itself also say 100% cotton but they are not so take note of that when you order unless the seller updates his details about them being two different materials when clearly they are not. This is a mixture of Poly and Cotton so don’t be alarmed when you see the stitched size and brand tags saying they are 100% cotton when they are not. There was a review here about some guy getting some that said propper brand but also said gear. Brand or not the materials are worth the $35 spend. I purposely put one in a dryer 4 times in a row and only shrieked 1/4”. The material does show cotton traces if you can distinguish it but you also have the poly feel. Pants do not wrinkle and are great for my use. I believe this material in hot summer days might kick your a** but thanks to the buttons and not zipper you will get some fresh air in the right places....lol Overall this is quality I care about and not branding so I give them my 5 stars no matter what. Pants are used in daily engineering department use at a maintenance casino and they def put up with the abuse. I would still be careful because if you get caugh on a sharp edge you wont have much protection as you do with regular cotton jeans.

Durable Bdu pants
Enjoying the quality for the size and color the pants have wrinkle resistant after washability all pockets. I like the comfortability of these pants while working on projects for long period of time. I recommend this company to family and friends.

Ok so far.
Color is good. Waist fitment is good. Hopefully they don't fade easily.Leg length is longer than expected. I always buy pants a little long, these are almost too long.

Long is Long.
Propper is the best. Im 6ft 2. I bought the long and didnt need to. Standard size would have been perfect. Barefoot Im tripping, but it can be sewn in Mexico for cheap. Pay attention to the title where it says button fly. That means button fly.

Finally I rediscovered the perfect pants! Tough, roomy, comfortable, well-thought out!! (PRO TIP at end of review)
Finally I rediscovered the perfect pants! These pants are durable, built tough enough for the most demanding work environment yet ar comfortable and roomy enough the lounge around in with out cramping your relaxation. I had a pair of these years ago and never knew the name of them. I purchased a few of the rival brands and while they were just about at the same level of quality, they just weren't as comfortable or as well laid and thought out. I am ecstatic that I finally found the pants I've been raving about for years! Now I'm not a very wealthy person so I am rather hesitant at spending over $30-$40 on a pair of pants unless I know they are going to last me. The last pair of these i had lasted me over ten years and they were both my rugged, go to work pants while doing the random jog doing anything form clearing brush to layaing asphalt and they were simultaniously my saturday lay around and lounge pants. Since they were comfortable and roomy enough to accomodate the most hard core lounging. Of course this double duty meant they were getting laundered a lot which is one of the most destructive processes clothes can go through and the held up perfecxly. (A little tip: if your clothes aren't THAT dirty, you know if they're just normal, everyday dirty then wash them on permanent press with 60-70% detergent on cold and your clothes will last A LOT longer) Also these pants are well thought out and proportioned very well. Another great thing is the pocket size and lay out. Thesethings don't have pockets in the wrong places. You know those ones that when you start walking fast they start to create partial orbits around your legs like your keys are some failed NASA attempt to break low Earth orbit. The other extreme is the mini pocket that you can't even get your first finger into let alone your wallet. Well these pants have huge accomodating pockets, angled right and placed hjust right too. PRO TIP: Just one more thing when ordering, I order mine one size up in the waist measurement because there are really well functioning cinches on the sides of the waist so even if the waist size is a little bit too wide you can just sinch them tighten them to the perfect size. (a feature that is missing in the rival companies) In other words I am a medium (33-34") waist and a regular (32") length so I would normally get a medium regular. Well I get a large regular which is made for a larger waist size (36-38") because even if I gain more girth at the waist I can always cinch the sides of the waist to get the perfect fit. That way I won't out grow them since their built to last a long long time.

Exact make of jungle BDU style I was hoping for- perfect fit👌🏼
Perfect fit 👌🏼and matched perfectly to the sizing chart provided in description👍🏼. Very well made, and an exact match to the older BDU pants we are all looking for! Made exactly like the jungle BDU’s, with waist cinch, boot cinch, button fly, dual knee sewn, all in the RipStop material as described. Well made!! Now that I know they are what I was looking for, I’ll be ordering all the other colors I want 👍🏼

ATACS!
It's really hard to tell if you're going to like a camo pattern from just the internet. New camo doesn't photograph the same as regular clothing - on purpose. So in person, what I see is like the picture, only a little more blurry and lighter. The lightness and blur work really well - it swirls into the forest, grass, etc extremely well to the point where if you weren't looking for it, you'd probably miss it. Unfortunately for me, I ordered a MR and quickly realized I needed a SR after swimming a few laps in the waistband. I'm about a 30" waist but this didn't just not fit, I barely survived treading threads here. The pockets are huge - I think I'd appreciate them more on a smaller pair that fit, but you could put mags, books, fetuses, anything you want in there and it's not going to be a drag. It may bunch out weird but the point is, you have more room than you could ever use. Or should use. But it's there! It does have the standard waist cicnhes and the lovely strings around the ankles we always cut off, just like it should. It's not super thick, but it's not unreasonably light - maybe to compare, as if the thickness of denim jeans but with the sturdiness of hardy bdu's. I like that you can go with either two colors as base colors - depends on your climate. If you live in a more arid climate, you can go with an earthy brown (darker than coyote) or you can go with olive drab. I personally am using olive drab gear with the A-TACS so that I don't have to pay triple the price for A-TACS gear just due to the fact that it's currently rare. It blends in perfect with OD and if you live in a truly temperate or forested area like me, then go with that. After seeing this, I immediately love it. I think it took the best parts of MARPAT, Flecktarn, and the old Woodland patterns and mashed them all into one truly beautiful and effective camo. Note: This camo reacts well with light. It washes out in light like real nature - some patterns under light don't wash, and they stick out as being darker, and in dark, this camo will hold the shadows very well, as it should, without creating a silhouette. EDIT: Since the medium-regular was far too large, I ordered a small-regular. It's too small in the waist, but right in the leg room. Contrast to being too big in the legs but just barely too loose in the waist. Compare to the standard Propper BDU's in other colors (black, for example) and there medium-regular is a perfect fit for trousers and small-regular is a perfect fit for the jacket. Propper is seriously messing with sizes. Rule of the thumb becomes the old Army standard. Two sizes; too big, and too small. I like ATACS for the pattern but as actual clothing, it misses the mark.

Comfort and functional
Proper fit and good for being outdoors. Looks awesome and the cargo pockets add functionality. Material is made of ripstop and feels lightweight so even though it is dark, will not make you feel like your burning up in warm weather.
