Perfect long robe for short statured women.
I have yet to see a review from a women as short as I am so here it is. Let me start by saying that I am 4'7". I have a normal sized torso with short arms and legs. This makes finding a long robe incredibly difficult for me. This robe fits perfect. It comes to just above the floor so I can go barefoot and it dosen't drag on the floor. The sleeves come to just below my wrist and are loose enough to where flanel pajamas with it yet tight enough that I can wash dishes and do my makup and hair without the sleeves getting in the way. I got the poppy one and in the picture it looks more greyish blue with flowers. When I recieved it, it was slightly darker in color but still a greyish blue and is actually much prettier in person. I love how feminin it looks. Pros and Cons are as followsPros: The material is soft and lightweight enough to be worn with a nightgown on a cool summer or spring day and not overheat you. I where it with my flanel pajamas and it is just enough to warm me up without over heating me as I run hot easily. The robe washes easily. I hang dry mine overnight and by the next morning it is fully dry and ready to where again. The tie for the robe is sewn to the back so it cannot be lost. This might be a con for others but the tie wraps just under my breasts instead of around my waist. It would be perfect for pregnancy. I like this because I find it keeps the robe closed better. The sleeves are just tight enough that I can do my makup and hair and they don't get in the way but loose enough I can wear thicker pajamas and it is still comfortable. Another plus that might be a con to others is that they ride up slightly when I extend my arm to do dishes or put on makeup so they are completely out of the way. they slide back down when my arms are sitting normally though.Con: The only thing that could be a con is that the collar of the robe is slightly heavier than what is normal for a lightweight robe. I get chronic migraines and too much weight on my neck is a trigger for me. So far this robe has not caused a migraine for me but It might in someone else. So keep that in mind.Overall I love this robe and think it is perfect. I love it and would recommend it. I plan on getting a second one to where while the one I have is in the wash.

I'm in love with this robe
New out of box - its soft, with a little stretch, and super comfy. its 95 cotton, 5 elastane, and feels like bamboo, without the cost. At 5 foot three, the robe is long, and goes past my calf - but does not tickle ankles or feet. (no tripping, but get good coverage). If you're 5 foot, I'd consider getting the shorter version, to avoid dragging on the floor. The tie is attached, but only for a small section at the center back, so you still get the full ability to overlap the front, and tie. The sleeves are 3/4 sleeves, and a little roomy, so washing dishes might get a little wet, but not excessive, or a concern to me. Two pockets, are "side slit" style, well placed, and adequate for hands - not sure about larger cell phones tho. The fit is true to size, and i can gain/lose a few pounds with no issues with fit. Great buy!

Robe is NOT as described
This robe is listed as cotton and lightweight. I was expecting something soft and appropriate for summer. What I got is this weird stretchy material that feels far more like spandex than cotton. Because of this material, the robe is actually much heavier than a lightweight cotton robe would normally be. The attached belt sits too high on the back so I can't tie it around my actual waist. The sleeve openings are very large, so it hangs loosely past the elbow. I tried pushing the sleeves up, the they are so large they just flop back down again.I think the advertising for this robe is deceptive. It is heavy, the fabric is odd, and overall it was unattractive and not at all what I wanted or needed for a summer robe. I have returned it.

Best for short waists
(I'm 5-6, 160 lbs, and the medium fit fine--the inner ties meet.) The pattern is beautiful. The material is 95% cotton, 5% spandex. It's thin, but not see through (though I didn't go so far as to stand in front of a bright light at night). However, if you're wearing it out of the bath and you're, ah, cold, that can be easily seen through the robe. The material could be a bit more substantial and softer, like another robe I tried. I think better material would have kept the robe from gaping in the chest. The length is great--no worries about it riding up past your bum when you sit down. The pockets are side pockets and aren't deep, so my smartphone sticks out a bit. I wouldn't trust the phone to stay put. The belt is sewn in--there is a panel in the back and the belt emanates from both sides of it. I like the idea of not losing the belt, but the panel is too high. When I tie horizontally, it's like an empire waist. Not comfortable. The alternative is to adjust the belt so it kind of hangs down, but that could be a pain. The beautiful pattern is the only thing tempting me to keep it.

Great robe!
I purchased this robe before my third child was born a few weeks ago. The last robe I bought was much shorter, and after multiple washes was pilly and too short for my postpartum comfort. This robe has been wonderful. Things I like about it:1. The length - it is quite long enough to cover “the essentials” at the hospital and at home. It’s perfect for wearing over a nursing tank and shorts for when you need a little more coverage!2. The weight - it’s nice for throwing on at night over said nursing tank to keep my shoulders/legs warm, without over heating my hormonal postpartum self. I think it will be nice over regular pajamas in the winter, too.3. Built-in belt - I wasn’t sure I’d like this feature, but I really do! My older kids can’t run away with the belt to play pet leash or some other game! They don’t get separated (never to be reunited) in the wash! It doesn’t fall out of the loops when I’m trying to adjust to the correct length.4. Pockets!!! Need I say more? A new Mom (even a seasoned one) needs to carry around nursing pads, a phone, nipple balm...sooo many things! The pockets are perfect!
