I’m a middle aged female who has about 10 – 15 lbs I want to lose. After extensive research, I decided to begin the KETO diet and chose these supplements to assist me in my weight loss. Understand that these are not “magic pills” … you need to very closely follow the diet plan guidelines, watch your overall caloric allotment, and exercise at least a couple of times a week in addition to taking these daily. However, I feel that these particular supplements have been instrumental so far – they absolutely have controlled cravings and helped suppress hunger. Giving up bread, wine and Starbucks is never easy, but honestly I haven’t missed them and I believe it has to do with these supplements. I also like the fact that they are pure from an ingredients standpoint. I do suffer from migraine headaches and the first couple of days I did have headaches, so I would recommend drinking as much water as you can, especially in the beginning. One week in and I’ve already lost 4.5 lbs!

I took this pill faithfully for 30 days and only lost 3 pounds which is what I typically would lose doing nothing more than just eating right. It’s a total waste of money and a scam. I would much rather use the perfect keto base that you can add in with a liquid and drink. At least it works.
