Corn Husks are the outside green leaves on a cob of corn, that we usually peel off and discard. You can use them, fresh or dried, as packages to wrap food in for cooking — usually steaming. They give the food a wonderful corn flavour. Normally the husks are dried and stored for cooking.

Regular dried corn husks. I purchased these for papermaking. Basically, I didn’t want to buy corn for the husks because I don’t like corn that much, but I did want to try to use the fibers for papermaking. One lb of corn husks, as you’d imagine, are a nice stack of them. I’d say it’s close to 100 corn husks. I’ll get some nice sheets of handmade paper out of these and I appreciate the fast shipping and nice price.

Corn husk were adequate
I bought two packages and looks like I got about nine dozen tamales so about four and a half dozen a package there were a few that had black spots on them don't know what they were I just didn't use them but it was just four or five out of both packages for the most part I would say that they were acceptable they were better than what you buy in the store but the delivery was slow so make sure you order in far enough in advance

Perfect for tamales
Best husks we have ordered on Amazon yet.The package came sealed and the husks were clean. No bugs or mold.Most of the husks were large, great for tamales.We will purchase again.

Just What We Needed
Product arrived on time in perfect condition. These corn husks were extra large in size and worked very well for us in constructing Corn Husk dolls for a workshop on Native American studies. I will be purchasing again from this seller in the future and highly recommend them to others looking for high quality corn husk.

Moldy, Smelly, unusable. Cannot be returned.
I am extremely disappointed with this product. The corn husks are wet, moldy, and smelly. Worse is I can’t even return it. I will never purchase from this supplier ever again. Also I advise anyone else to not trust their advertisement. You’re better off buying these at Walmart or a real Hispanic food store. Highly disappointed.

First batch great, second batch tad disappointing
If I would of reviewed these from the first batch I would of given 5 stars. The first batch was perfect, clean, and big beautiful corn husks. I ordered two more to make tamales for family and they were wrapped differently and lots of holes and dirt (mold?) I’m not sure if the same person packaged and cleaned? But it seems the second order they were just thrown in there without really looking at them. If they all looked like the first batch I would of been a customer for life.Going to order again and see how they do.Will update review.
