CABLE DOES NOT WORK WITH THE 2010 FORD SYNC AUDIO SYSTEM.I purchased this to install in my 2010 Ford Mustang GT to mount my iPhone. It charges and that's about it. It will not SYNC to USB, system states "Unsupported Device". I figured since the cable was "Apple certified" it would work. This did not work for my intended use. There are cheaper cables if I just wanted to charge my phone.I'm not placing blame, just stating a fact. It is a well made heavy duty cable, seems much sturdier than an Apple cable. I travel for work and can see this becoming a road warrior travel accessory due to its sturdiness. Description states "tangle free" which is true. However, be careful winding the cable up and around itself, the cable does bend and will deform slightly. Wind it up around itself flat the way it came out of the package and it won't do that.

I was hoping for something that would last longer than the stock cord. I bought this figuring the flat profile would prevent it from getting pinched in doorways, drawers, etc-- which it absolutely does. I love the fact that it does not tangle, and in general feels durable. However I am disappointed to once again be looking for a replacement. After less than 7 months of being kept permanently next to the bed, this cable has stopped working.

I purchased a similar item from a local retail store that failed in a week. This is iFlash is of superior quality, working fantastic, love the extra length.But then after just 3 months in and out of my travel bag, the lightning end has to be held at the perfect angle to work. Now we shall see how the warranty process works. A little disappointed since I really don't abuse these things.

Update: 10/17/15 the wire started acting up, guess from all the bends when the phone is plugged in and being used. Contacted customer service 10/10/15 Saturday for a replacement, they responded 10/11/15 Sunday with 24 hours. A few days later, I recieved my replacement. 5 star for customer service, 5 star for a great wire.Best bang for the buck for 6ft MFi lightning cables. this is a more superior lightning cable when comparing to the pricey 6ft OEM Apple branded cable. Ive had many flat cables and prefer them over the standard rounded ones. They don't tangle as often and feel that the flat ables are much more stronger than the rounded ones

Love que quality and the fact that it's hard for the cable to get tangled into knots. Sadly, I will still get the "not certified" message on my iPhone 6 which then causes my phone to not charge. Shorter cable than I expected too. Great product, otherwise.

I have ordered 2 of these in the past 6 months. First one worked fine for months & then stopped charging. The one I recently purchased to replace it arrived and immediately had the apple compatibility warning and wouldn't work without reconnecting over & over. It's totally unreliable.

I had bought charging cord before and they didn't last I figured it was because they were not Apple certified. I got several boxes of these which are Apple certified yet after a few months they are beginning to fail. Really disappointing.

Had it five months. During this time it was used in one single location each night; unplugged in the morning. Now it wiggles in the phone. I dont know if this is an apple problem or this cable. But I suspect it to be the cable, as I do not have this issue with other cables.
